  17. Tennessee Titans -
The Lions offensive line is terrible. The defense is problematic as well. For now, John Kitna and the Lions recievers mask the problems on the offensive line. So Millen should concentrate on defense. Sedrick Ellis is a big powerful lineman with good speed. He can flat blow up the run and get pressure on a passer as well. There are good enough offensive tackles left on the board that the lions will risk nabbing a quality offensive tackle in the second round to nab a game breaking defensive tackle in the first.
  18. Pittsburgh Steelers -
Whoever is the starter in Philly next year, the Eagles need some recievers. Reggie Brown has come on strong at times, however, they desperatley need another set of hands. Bennett has game breaking speed and good hands. Although, he can be a bit erratic in big games. He is a project, however, if he works out right, the Eagles could have a strong set of recievers that nobody knows about!!
  19. Houston Texans -
Many boards have Carlson (TE from Notre Dame) ahead of Rucker. Honestly, I watched Martin Rucker in games against both Kansas and Oklahoma. He is big, he is strong, he is fast and he catches everything thrown close to his direction. Without a breakout wide reciever on the board at this point and with Brennan being a first round risk, the Vikings will opt for someone that can move the chains and take pressure off Peterson. I believe Ruckers stock will shoot up at the combine and he will fit the Vikings need nicely.
  20. Atlanta Falcons -
There arnt any catchy phrases or funny mantras that can be added to this tragic pick. The lone bright spot for the Taylor family is that Sean, once the U (Miami) and the nation's best saftey, will be replaced by the U and the nation's best saftey. Rest in peace Sean. Taylor.
  21. New York Jets -
According to my draft flip flop, this will be the first of the Dolphins 2 first round picks. Miami has needs EVERYWHERE, however, Campbell provides a pass rush that takes the double team off Jason Taylor and free's up portions of the Dolphin defensive line. A good solid pick, Campbell will not have to adjust to weather or stadium and gives the Fish a pass rush from both ends.
  22. Baltimore Ravens -
Tampa doesnt appear to have glaring needs, however, getting younger and deeper at linebacker could be one of them. Keith Rivers provides a young, mobile linebacker for a transitioning defense.
  23. Arizona Cardinals -
Somebody has to catch the ball for Vince Young. I mean his legs look good, LenDale White looks good but the lack of a go-to reciever almost cost the Titans what looked like a sure playoff spot half way through the season! At 6'4 Limas Sweed is tall and lankey. Not a burner, Sweed makes an inviting target to a scrambling Young and he can move the ball for first downs.
  24. Cincinnati Bengals -
Under any other circumstances, Felix Jones might have been one of the two top running backs in the NFL draft. However, he happened to play with a guy named McFadden. The Seahawks have been decimated by injuries the last couple of years. No injury has been harder than that of Shawn Alexander. The Seahawks need to start looking for a ligit plan B. Jones provides that. Jones is small than ALexander but alot more explosive. Even if Alexander stays healthy, this guy could provide a nice different look.
  25. New England Patriots -
  26. Green Bay Packers -
  27. Philadelphia Eagles -
  28. Dallas Cowboys -
  29. Minnesota Vikings -
  30. New Orleans Saints -
  31. San Diego Chargers -
  32. Indianapolis Colts -
