1.San Diego ChargersEli Manning, QB - Mississippi
They have arguably the best running back in the league. Having the next best young QB will help turn this team around. Plus they need to get their fans back in the seats and the only way to do that is not to miss another QB.
2.Oakland RaidersMike Williams, WR - USC
When everything is said and done, Williams will come out as the top wide out in the draft. Plus the Raiders already have their deep threat with Porter, now they need their big over the middle receiver. Al Davis wants to win now and the only way to do that is to get explosive receivers that can make an immediate impact.
3.Arizona CardinalsBen Roethlisberger, QB - Miami(Ohio)
Dennis Green is not stupid. They have their wide out in Bolden. They need to do something about the QB spot. Rothlisberger will be the Cardinals Culpepper only BETTER. That is the type of QB the Green likes.
4. New York GiantsRobert Gallery, OT - Iowa
Easiest pick in the draft. Everyone is willing to write off Collins but that would be dumb. He was killed last season from the left side because they had the worst line in the league. Getting the next Johnathon Ogden is the best move and will protect Collins and Barber.
5. San Francisco 49ersLarry Fitzgerald, WR - Pitt
Over the past 20 + years, it has always been the M.O. of the 49ers to have the best wideouts in the league. They will not get one at 16. They trade up and get the wide out who could be the next Marivin Harrison.

6.Detroit LionsSean Taylor, S - Miami (Fl.)
Dre Ble is very good but he needs some help. Taylor is the best overall player in the draft and the Lions need help in the secondary.
7.Cleveland BrownsKellen Winslow Jr., TE - Miami (Fl.)
Even though the Browns need line help, this a talent that they can not pass on. Being that tight end is a major need, they fill a need and take the best player available.
8.Atlanta FalconsTommie Harris, DT - Oklahoma
Udeze would go first but in this defense there has to be a d-tackle who could clog up the middle. Harris can take the double team and he can penetrate to the QB. Atlanta had the all around worst defense in the league last season.
9.Jacksonville JaguarsRoy Williams, WR - Texas
Climbing up the draft boards every day, could have been number 1 this season if not for Fitzgerald and Mike Williams. Roy will replace the aging Jimmy Smith and Leftwitch to Williams sounds pretty good.
10.Houston TexansKenechi Udeze, DE - USC
In the 3-4 this guy can play both end and tackle. His pass rushing skills are incredible and he has the strength to hold the run.
11.Pittsburgh SteelersChris Gamble, CB - Ohio State
With their line comming back healthy, Maddox will show why people should not doubt him. The secondary of Pittsburgh was absolutely atrocious last season and they cut their best corner. Look for them to draft the highest rated corner who can cover and play the run.
12.Green Bay PackersWill Smith, DE - Ohio State
With the Couch trade for a 4 or 5 rounder heating up, the Pack can concentrate on their biggest need which is a pass rush to help out KGB. They get in the way of the Bills by trading their first and their third.
13.Buffalo BillsReggie Williams, WR - Washington
Although the Bills wanted a dominating end, they still fix a priority by getting the best of the second tier receivers to help Bledsoe and eventually take over for Moulds.
14.Chicago BearsVince Wilfork, DT - Miami (Fl.)
Urlacher is good but he is no Dick Butkus. He isn't even Ray Lewis who is no Dick Butkus. Urlacher needs a young Ted Washington to eat up blockers so he could roam and get another 200 tackles. Wilfork can be their new Ted Washington.
15.Tampa Bay BuccaneersShawn Andrews, OT - Arkansas
The best run blocker in the draft and a pretty good pass blocker will go to the most undisciplined and one of the oldest lines in the league.
16.Washington RedskinsJonathon Vilma, LB - Miami (Fl.)
With the Skins trying to trade Trotter and leaving them with no middle line backer they can take Johnaton Vilma and have the best linebacking core in the league. Plus getting those extra picks will alow them to pick up Shaun Phillips in the second round.
