1.San Diego ChargersEli Manning, QB - Mississippi
This franchise needs help at almost every position. They may as well start with a QB that could be there for the long haul.
2.Oakland RaidersRoy Williams, WR - Texas
Probably the most unpredictable team in draft history loves speed at WR and need a #1 WR. Therefore they take the fastest of the top three. They may look to trade down but will have trouble finding takers.
3.Arizona CardinalsLarry Fitzgerald, WR - Pitt
Would probably trade up to get him if need be. The Cards would benefit by trading down, but would love to have Fitz.
4. New York GiantsRobert Gallery, OT - Iowa
Just like in Jacksonville, Coughlin will make his first pick the anchor of the O-line.
5. Washington RedskinsKellen Winslow Jr., TE - Miami (Fl.)
Coach Gibbs will be licking his chops by the options he will have on offense.

6.Detroit LionsSean Taylor, S - Miami (Fl.)
Taylor could solidify the secondary making this area the biggest strengh of the team.
7.Atlanta FalconsMike Williams, WR - USC
Heading into the draft targeting the best available DL will not pass on Mike Williams.
8.Cleveland BrownsKenechi Udeze, DE - USC
This pick will provide a kick in the pants for a DL that already consists of two top ten picks. A possible trade up to #3 (if Oakland picks WR Fitzgerald) in order nab OT Gallery.
9.Jacksonville JaguarsReggie Williams, WR - Washington
Reggie is a bit of a stretch here, but the Jags will leave the first round with their wideout of the future.
10.Houston TexansDeAngelo Hall, CB - Virginia Tech
Hall would add youth, speed, and explosiveness to their secondary(and punt return team). The addition of Hall would upgrade two possisions becauce CB Coleman would move to FS.
11.Pittsburgh SteelersDunta Robinson, CB - USC
Pittsburgh desparately needs a shutdown corner. New D-coordinator LeBeau likes to be aggressive and needs to have a corner who can man up on their opponents best WR. Robinson is their best option with Hall gone.
12.New York JetsTommie Harris, DT - Oklahoma
The Jets will take the best defensive player available. The combo of Robertson and Harris will leave many O-coordinators with sleepless nights for years to come.
13.Buffalo BillsBen Roethlisberger, QB - Miami(Ohio)
The Bills will not pass up the opportunity to take a top 5 caliber pick here - especially at QB.
14.Chicago BearsVince Wilfork, DT - Miami (Fl.)
The Bears seem to really like Wilfork and will be excited to get him without having to trade up.
15.Tampa Bay BuccaneersPhillip Rivers, QB - NC State
Coach Gruden wants the QB of the future here and will not be disappointed.
16.San Francisco 49ersMichael Jenkins, WR - Ohio State
Jenkins is climbing many teams' draft charts and would fill a major gap for the 49ers. Could also trade up to get DT Harris or Wilfork.
