1. Arizona Cardinals Eli Manning, QB - Mississippi
Arizona needs the guaranteed QB of the Future if nothing more than a selling point for their new stadium. Even though Green is notorious for staying put and taking the best talent, he will be over-ruled by a talent hungry owner desperately trying to make their fans forget about their blunder last year by passing on Terrell Suggs.
2. Pittsburg Steelers Ben Roethlisberger, QB - Miami(Ohio)
The Steelers are really high on Roethlisberger and like last year are willing to give up draft picks to move up and get the coveted player they want.
3. San Diego Chargers Larry Fitzgerald, WR - Pitt
The Chargers are patient and get the playmaking WR that puts them into the playoffs for years to come. Drew Brees proves that he performs best when surrounded by excellent talent and the combo of LT and LF is just to much for the Chargers to pass on.
4. New York Giants Robert Gallery, OT - Iowa
The selection of Gallery allows Petigout to move back to his natural position of RT and further solidifies their O-line.
5. Washington Redskins Kenechi Udeze, DE - USC
This pick can go in a number of directions mainly because Snyder is so unpredictable, some years he takes the highest publicized player and then other years he just takes a liking to some guys. In the end, I think that Taylor's numbers in the combine will not impress Snyder enough to influence him to select Taylor, and Winslow Jr's attitude will turn-off Joe Gibbs. So the Natural choice is to draft the eventual replacement to Bruce Smith. Plus it will give the young rook some time under one of the greatest at the position.

6. Detroit Lions Sean Taylor, S - Miami (Fl.)
The Lions need that playmaking Defensive player. Millen loves big hitters and that is what Taylor is, an Anvil stuck in a safety position. Mariucci would love to have Winslow Jr. to work with, but he is over-ruled in favor of the most impact D player in the draft.
7. Atlanta Falcons Tommie Harris, DT - Oklahoma
Atlanta fans will be memorized by the addition of Free-Agent TO, so the selection of some DT from the Mid-west is not going to excite their senses, but the D needs help, and management knows it, which describes why Reeves and Phillips were dismissed in replace of another D coordinator. The O will make it just fine, and the combination of Kerney and Harris will devastate many O lines.
8. Cleveland Browns Kellen Winslow Jr., TE - Miami (Fl.)
The addition of Winslow Jr. adds more controversy to Cleveland's turmoil. For the first time in years the Fans will be screaming at the Browns to play as well as the Cavs. Winslow will definitely allow for the QB to throw whoever it is. Morgan, and Winslow are a formidable combo, but this team is needless to say a few years off of contention.
9. Jacksonville Jaguars Roy Williams, WR - Texas
Williams is a steal at this pick because many teams have him going higher to San Diego or Atlanta but he falls this far, and Leftwich is dancing all the way to training camp and possibly even through. Williams provides a great compliment to newly acquired Kevin Johnson and aging stalwart Jimmy Smith.
10. Houston Texans Shawn Andrews, OT - Arkansas
The Texans have fulfilled many of their needs in the recent years, but somehow they neglected the O-line, and Andrews provides that huge mauling monster at RT that every team covets. This choice allows the Texans to run and pass more effectively. Possibly this pick could be flipped with Atlanta where Atlanta could pick Andrews and the Texans get Harris but that is an unlikely possibility.
11. Oakland Raiders D.J. Williams, LB - Miami (FL.)
Well, Well, Well the ageless wonders ran out of painkillers, and it is time to pay the piper. Even Al Davis knows that Defense wins Championships, now after his Raiders were embarrassed by the Bucs in last year's superbowl. With the departure of ROMO I believe that they need to find a replacement at LB, Not to mention that Williams is the highest rated player at this point, and by trading down they picked up extra picks to try and fix that age problem.
12. New York Jets Reggie Williams, WR - Washington
This is a no-brainer, if Williams falls this far he is a lock to go to the Jets. Mainly because he fits the new-age Jet's image of silent game-breakers, so his performance is what got him to this level, not his pub.
13. Buffalo Bills Will Smith, DE - Ohio State
Last year the bills improved their Defense with the addition of Takeo and Adams, but neglected the DE position. Smith would have been a 1st pick last year, but he showed maturity and returned for his senior season, and will provide a great leader and player for the Bills for years to come.
14. Chicago Bears Steve Jackson, RB - Oregon St.
Da Bears will be back especially with the addition of Jackson a game-breaking RB. I don't know if he is as highly as publicized mainly because played in the D-lacking Pac-10, he looked good for most of the year, but at times he lacked.
15. Tampa Bay Buccaneers Vince Wilfork, DT - Miami (Fl.)
Why not replace one of the best DT's in Buccaneers history with another DT from his alma mater not to mention he posses the same types of skills.
16. San Francisco 49ers DeAngelo Hall, CB - Virginia Tech
He just strikes me as a 49ers type of guy and plus he is just a playmaker.
