Pros: High motor / high character player. Overachiever. Went from unrecruited high school player to Alabama's all time leader in tackles for loss. Makes plays, always around the ball. Was 1st team All SEC his senior year.
Cons: Smaller than you would like in an NFL Defensive End. Not a particularly impressive athlete. Might be a bit of a "tweener" - too small for a DE, too slow for a LB. Plays too upright at times.
Overall: Probably not athletic enough to be a 1st or 2nd round pick but a tough, hard working player with good football instincts who could contribute in the right system. Could turn out to be a mid-round steal.
