Pros: He is a great guy with a great work ethic. His athletic ability, speed, and head hunting mentality, will make him a good NFL safety. Also he could be a great return man right away; his quickness, and ability to run through tackles is hard to find in special teams player. He has a great competitive nature, which draws teams to looking at him.
Cons: He is a raw player and excelled at Notre Dame because of his athletic ability. He needs to study and really learn his position. He some times tackles to him and does not wrap, which could get him into trouble. Also is fierce and competitive attitude might get him in trouble on the field.
Overall: He is a very coachable guy, and will be able to work through a lot of the cons right away. While he is developing into a NFL safety he will contribute right away as a return man, and tends to make big plays. Even though his fierce attitude might get him into trouble I love to see players with it. This is a guy who might fall to the 3rd or 4th round because of Norte Dame's season, but will be a great pick for any team.
