Pros: Santos led UNH to 4 straight FCS playoff appearances, the first time in over a decade that they made it consecutively. He's a versitile QB with the ability to improvise when necessary. Decent feet and pretty good arm strength and accuracy.
Cons: Should avoid play calling as it sometimes lacks imagination (i.e. repetitive). Gives up his share of INTs.
Overall: Any team that drafts him in the 6th round will have found a legitimate diamond in the rough, if they have the ability to make young QBs grow and develop (like New England) and not ruin them (like Detroit).
Pros: All around winner. Quick feet, accurate passer, quick thinker, gets the ball away quickly.
Cons: Everyone seems to think he is too small, but 6'2" isn't really small is it?
Overall: Ricky Santos will be the best pick of the 2008 Draft. He will beat out any of the QB's picked ahead of him and he will turn a team like Miami or Chicago into a winner as soon as he is given the chance.
