Pros: Excellent versatility from both backfield positions. Hillis has lead the Razorbacks in receiving two of the last three years. He's returned punts and been displayed natural running skills from the halfback position as well.
Cons: He's more skilled to succeed in the NFL as a pure runningback but due to the NFL's stereo-typing policy, he's most likely going to need to rely on his lead blocking and pass catching skills alone to make an impact at the next level.
Overall: 30 Years ago, Hillis would be a 1st round draft choice as a pure runningback and would go on to rush for multiple 1000 yard seasons. He's that good.
