Pros: Looks the part when watching him play. Great route runner and has great hands. I thought he was the most impressive receiver at the Senior Bowl.
Cons: Didn't get much attention due to DeSean Jackson. Might need to get stronger and is really under the radar. He might not have a "wow" factor.
Overall: Hawkins does a lot of things real well but needs to overcome the shadow of teammate DeSean Jackson. He might have 1st round talent but hasn't been productive enough to go really high. I think he could be a 2nd round pick.
