Pros: Perfect technique, it's really the most important part of his game. Not unathletic. Good run blocker. Long arms.
Cons: Weak, needs some more strength. Doesn't finish his blocks well at times. Not exactly an incredible physical specimen. Jack of all trades, master of none.
Overall: His position is loaded, and his game definitely has quite a few holes in it, but his upside and technique will get him drafted 2nd-3rd round.
