Scouting Report by Raj
Pros: Excellent size, wingspan, and athleticism make him an big time pass catching tight end. Posses as a tough matchup for any defense as he is bigger than safeties and more athletic than linebackers. Where he really does his damage, however, is in the red zone, where he has big time production. Cons: Could improve his ability in the run game, as a run blocking tight end. Has great size, but could add more bulk to help him at the point of attack in the NFL. Overall: The ’09 draft class is a very fertile one for tight ends despite this, Gresham is arguably at the top of the list. His tremendous size and athleticism and great hands, make him an elite pass catching tight end prospect. Look for him to be one of the first tight ends off the board at the late first round level.
