Pros: He is a great leader, and a good power runner. He did great at Michigan State with his goal line rushes, and therefore he scored a lot of touchdowns his senior year.
Cons: He is quick but not fast, so he would never become a number one running back and actually played the running back position at Michigan State. He does not cut very well, misses some holes, and has bad vision of the field. Though with his style of running he does not need that as much.
Overall: He is like a very raw Ron Dayne. He should be picked in the 6th or 7th round and could make an impact on a one running back team that needs a big hard hitting goal line rusher.
