Pros: Elite speed with a rarely matched top gear. Excellent kick and punt returner. Serviceable hands. Can stretch the field on end arounds.
Cons: Shorter than average height. Thinner build makes his ability to weather the rigors of the NFL game questionable. Never lived up to his high school accolades but subpar QB play for his first 3 years could be to blame.
Overall: Special teams performer is his ticket to stick in the league. Needs to add bulk without losing his signature speed. Has the potential to be a poor man's Steve Smith but most likely will never reach that potential.
Pros: One of the best athletes in the draft. A speed burner that could be a great returner.
Cons: Not great at route and needs to improve hands
Overall: Great athlete that could play running in the NFL in some packages. Could be perfect for the wildcat because was a high school quaterback. Will be a great returner and probably a 3rd or 2nd receiver in the NFL.
