Which 2 should I start? I know the match-up for Brown isn't as favorable as Jacobs' is, but I'm still thinking I should go with Benson and Brown as those two are doing the best for me for scoring points. Especially since Jacobs isn't seeing the end zone much, this year.

I like Brown and Benson

Benson for sure, and I just don't like the way jacobs season has gone and I think Ronnie Brown's performance last week is an exception of how a normal game for him will be.
