NEED HELP WITH WEEK 3 LINEUP

I need some expert advice on who to start and who to bench for week 3.

This is who I have starting this week:

• QB = Carr @ KC
  WR = Moss vs Chi
  WR = R. Wayne vs GB
  WR/TE = A. Crumpler vs Ari
  RB = E. James vs GB
  RB = T. Jones @ Min

This is who I have benched this week:

• QB = Favre @ Ind
  WR = C. Chambers vs Pit
  WR = D. Gabriel vs TB
  TE = Heap @ Cin
  RB = C. Garner @ Oak, R. Dayne vs Cle

I would also like to know if I should drop and replace any of these players.

Your line-up looks solid to me. I wouldn't make any changes, it should be a big day for Carr, but the Chiefs will be out for blood this weekend, so there might be a surprise or two in that game. I'm thinking about starting Carr as well. Watch the situation with E James, he should be healthy enough to start, but I would make sure on Sunday morning.
