Coming from a Vikings fan whoever says Brett Favre is not a top 10 QB doesn't know a thing about Football. Whoever says Aaron Rodgers is better,............. no comment. I also read the Vikes own the Pack???????? No we don't. We haven't won the North yet of course we should this year but you never know. Vikings could be just like Snyder's Redskins. errrrrrrr!!

As for Favre not being a tough QB then you don't know a thing about the game at all. Sorry. A guy who comes out and starts 200+ games is Tough. Especially at QB. Culpepper can throw the ball farther than Favre. Not faster!!

Favre is a top 5 or 6 QB in the NFL right now. You base it off the QB rating??? hmmmmmmm well then Tom Brady must be a joke then. He just barely makes top 10.

Favre shies away from defenders. Did you watch the man play in the 90's and early 00's. Sometimes he didn't know how to slide. He played with a broken thumb in 2002! But thats not tough. Do me a favor whoever believes Favre is not the toughest QB in the game. Break you thumb on your throwing hand and go throw 30-40 passes every Sunday and another 20 everyday.

As for his playoff record? John Elway always choked in the Super Bowl yet he was still a solid QB as he got older. Hell when he won his two he might be the best ever. Yea Favre is getting older and is starting loose games in the cold. Yea TWO!!! in THREE YEARS!!

Brett Favre and Jerry Rice are the 2 players I respect more than anyone. Hopefully one day I'll be abel to mention Big Daunte with that list. He's working on it but he's not there yet!

Passers rating is a way to compare quarterbacks, it wasn't made by me, but appearently you have a better formula to compare them. This is also about 10 posts behind

not just two in three years. TWO IN THE PLAYOFFS AT HOME VS DOME TEAMS IN THREE YEARS. Pretty big difference

Well, I was done until you made that ridiculus comment.... Those stats did not put him as 10th best retard, because even you said how misleading the passer ratings can be. And my post earlier proved that Favre is not on the decline and you didnt even reply to that!!!
He was 5th in yards with 4088 LAST SEASON
He was 4rth in TDs with 30 LAST SEASON
AND he led the Packers to a 3rd straight division champion!!!
He is a great QB STILL, and will continue to be this season.

Where did I say how misleading passers rating can be, go show me that. All I said was it didnt include rushing yards, which was more of a joke than anything. God you're a dumbass, he had the 5th most interceptions in the NFL last year that tends to hurt a team.

Yea, I agree... but didnt they go 10-6, win their division and go to the playoffs? How far would they have gone w/o Favre? And I at least back Favre up with stats, the last few posts by you... you insult me and ramble on about something else... We were talking about how Favre is "way past his prime, and isnt even the 10th best QB"... I have managed to prove that completly wrong... you cant argue with that.

Look at my first post, I've been talking about stats the whole time, I've proved you completely wrong from your Farve will be MVP of the Superbowl argument. Just because everyone disagrees with QB rating doesnt mean I'm wrong for using that as an argument.

favre sucks, end of story. the guy just throws the ball as hard as he can and hopes his recieves don't break too many fingers.

if dante did that he'd rip most of his recievers hands right off and wouldn't be much better for it. no one would be.

i have to hand it too favre for hanging in there and starting all the time (i admit even the great daunte couldn't do that), but that's all i give him.

For you jrath, i simply created this post because it is in the Trash Can, and I wanted to get some trash talkin going before the season starts... Make things more interesting. And the Packers will make the playoffs, just like they always do.

And as for you skeets, how have you proved me wrong about Favre being MVP? All youve given me is the top 10 passer ratings, and then about how much Favre sucks and how much he is declining... I proved that he isnt declining and that he doesnt suck, in fact he posted some of his best numbers last year. Show me where you proved me wrong... ya didnt!

Then you didn't explain how the packers are better than the Colts, the Panthers, the Vikings, the Pats, the Steelers, the Falcons, the Eagles, the Raiders, the Chargers, the Jets and the Rams.

No, I didnt forget... Manning is the best QB in the league, no? Did he win the SB? No! How bout the next best QB, Culpepper or McNabb, did they win it? No, hmmm, they didnt.
As for the Packers, I explained my reasoning behind them winning it all... and although it is biased, and perhaps ridiculus, Im a Packers fan, and I will stick up for my team and its players... and talk trash to those who disagree!
