Steelers or Broncos for B. Celek

I lost O. Daniels this week and need another TE. I'm trying to pry B. Celek from an owner who already has D. Clark. He needs a D/ST. I have the Steelers and the Broncos. which one should I offer him.

I would hold onto the steelers if possible, so i would start by offerring the Broncos
