Keeper league trade

For those who don't know, I'm in a keeper league going on year number 4. My keepers have to be submitted in 10 days (7/4/09) and we have a pre-draft trade window open until then. If you click the link above, you will see my current roster.

I'm looking to increase strength at RB and get rid of some glut at WR/TE. One of the other managers in the league is interested in Carson Palmer and/or Roddy White. He's got Steven Jackson available. Should I entertain the idea of obtaining Steven Jackson even if I have to lose Palmer and/or Roddy White?

Looks like my trading parter is really interested in Palmer and Roddy White. I'm pretty interested in taking a shot on Jackson and he's (my trading partner) got Andre Johnson. I think Palmer and White for Jackson and Johnson might be a deal I take. Any thoughts?
