Sport in off season

What is your "backup" sport in football's off season?

I would have to say it's baseball for me. It was basketball about 6 - 7 years ago, but that got old.

I can't hardly stand NBA basketball and baseball is kinda slow to watch. I do like to go to a game every once in a while and I keep up with the stats, but I don't watch to many games.

Baseball is slow - it's nice for a lazy afternoon with a few beers when you've got nothing else going on.

Basketball...playoffs only now-a-days. The regular season barely even counts it seems like.

Don't get me wrong, I like to go to a game and I like to sort through the stats and watch the highlights, but watching baseball on TV just puts me to sleep.

I don't even get excited about the playoffs for basketball, I guess it's because there is no pro team here in Cincy, so it seems like a foreign sport. I must admit though, I almost watched a game after the Duncan-Fisher last second shots,... but I didn't.

hey baseball is not boring, that my back up and I love it. Die hard soxs fan, i mean how can you say baseball is boring, did you see the ALCS last year? probably the best sports i have seen in my entire life

Baseball sucks. Pitcher adjusts his hat, scratches his ass, attempts a pickoff, then throws a pitch which is fouled off. This takes a minute, and you do it 5-10 times before getting a hit. It is just a lazy grounder of pop up.

Basketball's not very good either. The NBA is just a bunch of thugs getting into fights and slam jamming. They couldn't shoot a free throw or jumper if their life was on the line. The NBA playoffs suck. 7 freaking games. What a waste of time. Make it best of three. March Madness and LeBron James are the only reasons I pay any attention to hoops.

The most exciting sports is now hockey only because there isn't any hockey. No sport is more exciting than the three I've mentioned, and hockey is the only one that brings nothing. Even if they weren't striking, hockey wouldn't bring anything, because it sucks ass. It's just a bunch of Canadian boxers who go punching each other the whole game and every once in a while, a game will break out. It's just a bunch of retards skating around then getting the puck stollen if they acctaully play, but ussually, it's a fight. Ron Artest should play hockey.

I wach a little of basketball. Baseball is boring. You guys should try to watch arena football, it's not as good as the NFL but it's still good

I watch the Arena Playoffs. I thought it was funny when Bon Jovi's team played Eleway's team in the semifinals last year. Bon Jovi was just chilling in his press box playing his music over the sound system and Eleway had moved to the stands and was looking desperate. You could tell he had a real pasion for the game. I was waiting for him to run onto the field and take over at QB.

NASCAR is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I watch it year round. I get so damn excited when Daytona comes around. Watch and you will enjoy.

If you want NASCAR, just watch the crashes on SportsCenter. The only reason anyone watches cars drive around a circle 2 billion times is because they're so drunk that they think it's exciting.
