Default Brett is Back

Brett Favre signs with Minnesota Vikings - ESPN

Favre unretires again. This time he's going to the Vikings, and up against the Packers. Any thoughts on seeing Favre in purple, and if he will ever really retire?

Who cares. Let the man do what he wants.

As long as teams are willing to bring him in to be their QB he's not doing anything wrong.

The man has a right to play in the NFL as long as teams are willing to let him play QB for them.

I have no problem with him playing, but I DO have a problem with how he "retires" to get out of training camp. And he can try and sell all the BS about how this is not about revenge he wants, if this was about him just wanting to play he could;ve not retired and played for the Jets this year.

I have no problem with Favre wanting to play and will definitely not berate him for taking the contract offer he got from the Vikes. The problem I have is how he lies and trys to manipulate people just so people cater to him.

He has every right to to play in the NFL if a team wants to sign him, just tell the truth and stop thinking you are fooling everyone

He's immediately the best QB on the roster in Minnesota. Welcome back Brett.

Wow... 10,000 tickets sold immediately following the announcement!

He should play for the Raiders next year. I miss the days when the aging stars would all go play for Oakland..!

269 consecutive starts and counting...

I don't care if he plays, but like Plugs said, stop retiring to not have to do training camp. He knows he is going to play and he just retires for no reason.

Don't worry Oakland will get their turn with Favre I think he is trying to play for all 32 teams now so he can hold that record LOL

Got to agree with what some others have said. If you want to stay on and keep playing, go ahead, I just don't like all this changing his mind. Favre probably doesn't want to do training camp, so he could just be "my rotator cuff is still healing, so I'm going to be out X-amount of weeks in training camp."
