Week 11 Thoughts
- Another impressive win for the Giants. All you here about all week is how good the Ravens Defense is and how impressive their streak of not letting 100 yards on the ground. So what do the Giants do? Well nobody runs for 100 yards but earth, wind, and fire rack up over 200 yards on the ground. I think everybody here in Ny knew the Giants were going to look to run the football and that there was a good chance they were going to do it well. I hate this team but they are good. End of story. Their the best the NFL has to offer.
- Huge win for Dallas. They needed that one. This team still lacks toughness but lucky enough for them they were able to hide behind Marion Barber against the Redskins. I think there team needs a makeover. I’m not going to use the word “rebuild” because they have a lot of talent but there are a lot of guys on that team that they could do without. There 1-2-3 Wide Receivers can make big plays but they drop a lot of passes. That’s got to be frusterating for a QB.
- Speaking of dropping passes watch an Eagle’s game. I’ve always been a critic of McNabb but he does get no help on Offense. The FO gives him no WR’s to begin with and the guys that are there drop a ton of passes. A tie is better then a loss but they really needed to beat the Bengals this week.
- Good win by Tennessee. Jets vs Titans should be a good game next week.
I’ll add some more later.

Jaguars blew the game. Titans should have lost. 'nuff said. Second game that the Jaguars gave away to the Titans, and just another game in general the Jaguars give away in the second half.

Jets - Titans should be a good one.
I hate to pull for an undeafeated team, but through any strange events if the Jets loose it would be better for my Broncos.

I sincerely doubt the Broncos are going to get a first round bye, if thats what you mean. Thats really the only way the Jets losing helps the Broncos. Besides, they play each other next week so when the Jets beat them it wont matter =D
Anyway, Week 11:
* The Broncos are doing a good job of using what they have. What they have is Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall, and Eddie Royal.
* Cinci-Philly was an ugly, ugly game. I live in central NJ close to Philly, so there are a lot of Eagles fans mixed in with the Jets and Giants fans. Every Eagles fan I have talked to said that game made them physically nauseous to watch
* Statement win by the Packers, who I believe are the favorites in the NFC North
* Giants just keep winning. Somebody beat them. Please. I have to hear it from all the Giants fans around
* The refs absolutely blew that call in the Pittsburgh-San Diego game. If i had bet on the Steelers covering the spread, I would be furious
* Portis is the front runner for MVP. Washington looked out of sync with Portis not 100%

I personally think Kurt Warner is running away with the MVP. If Minnesota wins the NFC North then Adrian Peterson needs to heavily be considered.
Packers looked good, but this team is so inconsistent that it's hard to tell who will show up week to week.
Giants vs. Titans is everyone's popular pick for the Super Bowl, but to bad that I think it's been along time since two No. 1 seeds actually played for the Super Bowl. Just how last year people fell in love with Dallas vs. New England in the Super Bowl, they're doing it again with Giants vs. Titans. I think one of them is going to lose in the playoffs.

Agreed. We voted on the main FFJ site for MVP and I voted Portis No. 1. However, over the past two weeks, Warner has definitely become the front runner. Portis and Peterson are fighting for second, although my third place vote did go to Andre Johnson. Shaub's absence kills his dark horse status though.

I think Albert Haynesworth should atleast be in the discussion. What he does for that defense is incredible.

^ i agree but even if he (Albert) should win it there is no way he ever does, if the Cards continue to win and Warner continues putting up numbers my money would be on him to win the MVP as well.

If Haynesworth gets consideration then Kris Jenkins should as well.

I disagree. I love what Jenkins has done and it was a terrific acquisition, but he isnt the player that Haynesworth is. The Titans rely heavily on their D, and Haynesworth makes that unit go
