Last year Culpepper completed 379 passes, 49 were to Randy Moss. That's 13% of passes completed to Moss. I can see why you think he would throw to him EVERY play.

Ya'll are stupid for thinking the most accurate passer from last year is inaccurate. It's like saying Peyton Manning dosn't throw enough TD's passes or Dwight Freeny can't rush the QB.
