Default New mock draft

Rate my draft here: http://www.fantasyfootballjungle.com...ft.php?id=3304.

1. Houston Texans - Williams, Mario, DE North Carolina St | Within last hour, Texans agreed to terms with Williams and will select him at #1. Will either ba a big hit or a big miss for years to come.

2. New Orleans Saints - Ferguson, D'Brickashaw, OT Virginia | The key thing here is that the saints lost key players on their oline, if they don't rebuild it doesn't matter what type of defense they have.

3. Tennessee Titans - Leinart, Matt, QB USC | the titans need a ready qb that can start next year young needs a lot of work and so does cutler leinart is the best starter in my book. Volek is okay but leinart will give the titans comepetition they havn't seen in a while.

4. New York Jets - Bush, Reggie, RB USC | With Texans picking Williams, Jets may either make a trade to the Saints or pick Bush at #4.

5. Green Bay Packers - Hawk, A.J., OLB Ohio St. | With Williams gone, Packers will still need an impact defense for next year. Hawk will dominate middle of field for a long time to come.

6. San Francisco 49ers - Davis, Vernon, TE Maryland | What can I say about this guy, lets see how a lean scary physical speciman who can line up as a reciever or even pound the ball on the ground in short yardage situations. Unless the 49ers make a trade I wouldn't expect anything short of them picking this guy up.

7. Oakland Raiders - Bunkley, Brodrick, DT Florida St. | The real mel kiper jr on espn has bunkley going to the bills in pick eight however The raiders need an impact player in the first round, I don't think they can wait till round two to pick up a DT, but they could pick up young here as well we will just have to wait and see.

8. Buffalo Bills - Huff, Michael, S Texas | Okay of course now that I have changed this pick the trade between the vikings and the bills will happen. If Bunckley is gone the next best player and the position they have to fill desperately is the safety position, once milloy left their 2ndary has not been the same. Huff is just simply the best safety in the draft I don't think they will go ngata here.

9. Detroit Lions - Greenway, Chad, OLB Iowa | After huff is taken a lb just makes sense here I don't see how they still could not go defense if huff is gone. With the lions defense plundering they need a guy that can just be all over the field. Don't be suprised if they go with young here he fits in perfectly with marx's offensive scheme.

10. Arizona Cardinals - Young, Vincent, QB Texas | Gee greene and culpepper were brought together. There are a lot of simularities with young and culpepper. Young has at least 2-3 years as a starter. warner will be there for that long unless he gets hurt. They could go oline here to justice can go to either cardinals or eagles.

11. St. Louis Rams - Whitner, Donte, S Ohio St. | After losing archeletta The rams need that impact safety again, it would be great if they could lose an impact safety and gain one in the same year with out missing a beat. If greenway is still look for him here as well.

12. Cleveland Browns - Wimbley, Kamerion, DE Florida St. | This is a tuff choice. The browns need a Dt and a De as well as a lb. Wimbley can play both DE and LB he will be a good sub for mcginest. Look for Ngata here too.

13. Baltimore Ravens - Justice, Winston, OT USC | This is a tough choice the ravens need a dt and ot I believe they choose to protect their qb here. They addressed their defense pretty good in free agency so I believe they could stack their offensive line up.

14. Philadelphia Eagles - Ngata, Haloti, DT Oregon | Same thing here the eagles need a dt and an ot if justice is gone look for ngata to go here. The eagles also did the same to thier defense in free agency bringing in barber and howard, ngata is more of run stopper than a pass rusher however he could rush the passer as well.

15. Denver Broncos - Williams, DeAngelo, RB Memphis | As much as I would like to see this guy in a pats uniform. The broncos need a 1000yarder. Bell has shown some glimpses of greatness but has not fit the broncos running style he can catch the ball but I think for now on he be used like anderson was. With williams starting for sure next year. He will be their missing link that will get them possibley to the superbowl next year.

16. Miami Dolphins - Hill, Tye, CB Clemson | With whitner gone a corner is the next best thing here, they still lost a lot of their starting safeties their corners need alot of help as well.

17. Minnesota Vikings - Cutler, Jay, QB Vanderbilt | With this pick I believe cutler may fall, and the vikings couldn't pass this guy up at all, maybe he will still be here maybe he won't.

18. Dallas Cowboys - Allen, Jason, S Tennessee | The cowboys need alot of help in their 2ndary allen just makes alot of sense he can play both corner and safety. He will be a great addition to their defense.

19. San Diego Chargers - Jackson, Chad, WR Florida | They need defense but I believe if jackson is still here I don't they can pass this guy up. They have to add to that reciever core if they want to give rivers a chace at all to throw the ball.

20. Kansas City Chiefs - Joseph, Jonathan, CB South Carolina | The chiefs need to help their 2ndary out, big time they lost a couple of thier starters and they need a young compliment to maddison.

21. New England Patriots - Holmes, Santonio, WR Ohio St. | With williams gone, The pats always pick the better player that is left. Holmes is better than maroney or williams(cb) I think that this would be the next best player added on offense. They will also add consitancy as well. Holmes dropt very little balls his last year at ohio st. Look for carpenter here if holmes and williams are gone. the next position they need is linebacker.

22. San Francisco 49ers - Sims, Ernie, OLB Florida St. | With this pick the 49ers will need to replace peterson and carter sims will be a really good lb replacement for this pick.

23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Winston, Eric, OT Miami (FL) | A borderline first rounder. Wintson will help add some depth to the bucs oline. I think the bucs need to upgrade their line and I believe they will do that here.

24. Cincinnati Bengals - Cromartie, Antonio, CB Florida St | I did have pope here but having thought about if cromartie is still here, the bengals had a great 2ndary last year they really picked it up, however talent is what they are lacking even though cromartie didn't play last year, this is a great talented corner, to just add to the interceptions next year.

25. New York Giants - Moss, Sinorice, WR Miami (FL) | After signing arrington they may go with field position. Although don't be to suprised if they decide to add some depth at lb

26. Chicago Bears - Lewis, Marcedes, TE UCLA | The bears really need a big target as well as a big body added to that offensive line. lewis is a great clutch catcher and a decent endzone target as well.

27. Carolina Panthers - Maroney, Laurence, RB Minnesota | insurance, insurance, insurance, with davis gone and foster always getting hurt they need that elusve backup running back. Shelton is not a proven back and may still need a year or so and goings is a good blocker and good on short yardage but not a starter.

28. Jacksonville Jaguars - Williams, Jimmy, CB Virginia Tech | The jags 2ndary really is the only place that needs alot of work they let the pats throw all over them in the playoffs last year, next round I believe they will go linebacker.

29. New York Jets - Lawson, Manny, DE North Carolina St. | Lawson is a great pick here especially if magini goes with hawk then everything will be taken care of in the first round for de and lb.

30. Indianapolis Colts - Carpenter, Bobby, OLB Ohio St. | If maroney is gone there are not many Rb's to be chosen here. Addai is a boarder line 1st rounder but, they already have a simular rb in rhodes. I think they will address the loss of their linebackers here.

31. Seattle Seahawks - Jean-Gilles, Max, OG Georgia | The pats suprised everybody last year and going with mantgins. I think the seahawks will do that this year. With loss of Hutchenson they need that impact og to replace him.

32. Pittsburgh Steelers - Hali, Tamba, DE Penn St. | Even though he has slipped a little and maybe even into the 2nd round hali would be a great fit to the steeler's passs rushing scheme, I know everybody says white here but I'll go a different direction, The steeler's are already dealing with an injured and over wait back in duce staley, I don't think they will risk that here in the first round, There are plenty of other backs that fit the pounding on the ground potential.

33. Houston Texans - McNeill, Marcus, OT Auburn | With the sencond pick the texans really have to address that oline. Mcneill may slide right into their laps. He is a reach in the 1st round.

34. New Orleans Saints - Mangold, Nick, C Ohio St. | Again a border 1st rounder, If nobody takes him I don't see how the saints can pass this guy up especially after the loss of their pro bowl starter.

35. New York Jets - White, LenDale, RB USC | Alot of people say that white may slip to steelers and he would be a perfect fit. I do agree that he would be a perfect fit but the steelers are already dealing with duce being hurt just about the begining of every year I don't think that they will want to take the chance again. The jets need a back up though and would help martin out a lot. I don't see him passing farther than this.

36. Green Bay Packers - Addai, Joseph, RB LSU | With giles gone I Think that Addai is a great fit here. He has simular moves to davenport and is a fresh body in the backfield. Every running back on the packers roster just about got hurt last year. They really need to add some fresh depth.

37. Denver Broncos - Byrd, Dominique, TE USC | He may be a little early here but their are a lot of teams out their who could really use his run blocking potential, after losing anderson and putzier this guy will help fill two positions with one pick.

38. Oakland Raiders - Croyle, Brodie, QB Alabama | with oakland going with an impact player in defense in the 1st round. Getting croyle would make alot of sense here. He has a simular style to brooks but stronger and more accurate. Walters is a different style of qb all together but davis really needs to add depth to this position.

39. Tennessee Titans - Jackson, D'Qwell, ILB Maryland | The titans really needs to help out on their week side at line backer. Jackson will be a good addition.

40. Detroit Lions - Kiwanuka, Mathias, DE Boston College | this guy has moved up the stock chart a little bit, I do believe that with payton being a defensive minded coach I think that he try to build this defense up again.

41. Arizona Cardinals - O'Callaghan, Ryan, OT California | Next on the cardinals list, oline. They were just about dead last in rushing last year. If they pick up young look for them to address that here.

42. Buffalo Bills - Marshall, Richard, CB Fresno St. | After choosing a safety in the first round, The next thing here is 2ndary look for a dt in the 3rd round they have two picks there.

43. Cleveland Browns - Lutui, Taitusi, OG USC | Plugging this guy right next to bently will make that offensive line unstoppable for a great while. They really have to look into protecting their young qb of the future.

44. Baltimore Ravens - Jennings, Kelly, CB Miami (FL) | Jennings is a great shut down corner, the ravens have not had that in a while so look for them to pick up a corner with this pick.

45. Philadelphia Eagles - Youboty, Ashton, CB Ohio St. | After being able to get a dt in the first round the 2ndary kind of needs some work, with it aging they need a young corner, this guy is pretty versitle, ha can play corner and or maybe safety.

46. St. Louis Rams - Ryans, DeMeco, OLB Alabama | With choosing a safety in the first round linebacker is their next position, even though they signed witherspoon they still need to add some depth.

47. Atlanta Falcons - Joseph, Davin, OG Oklahoma | I believe that they need to add some depth to that oline to help protect vick and their back up.

48. Minnesota Vikings - Hodge, Abdul, ILB Iowa | Inner linbacker, is the key here, they have to add some depth to that inner core.

49. Dallas Cowboys - Clemens, Kellen, QB Oregon | Again mel kiper jr has this guy projected to go in 2nd round on espn on thurs or fri. I believe like I had before the cowboys will pick him up. I do believe if he hadn't have lost to leinart he would have been a first round selection same thing with olsen. I think that clemmons and olsen will be a great sleeper.

50. San Diego Chargers - Bullocks, Daniel, S Nebraska | With choosing a wr in the first round they really need 2ndary help I believe they will address that here.

51. Minnesota Vikings - Hagan, Derek, WR Arizona St. | With the loss of moss they need that insurance wr who can run very good routes, he will be a great addition to their core. The loss of moss will be metioned until the vikings reach the playoffs.

52. New England Patriots - Calhoun, Brian, RB Wisconsin | Dillon and faulk are aging and have been banged up the last couple of years. If they don't pick up williams calhoun is another great running back as a backup or starter. I think that he do just as well as williams.

53. Washington Redskins - McIntosh, Roger, OLB Miami (FL) | with one pick in 4 rounds the key thing here is to replace arrington. They have to address the middle of the field on defense here.

54. Kansas City Chiefs - Jennings, Greg, WR Western Michigan | They need that strong compliment to kennison, thorpe and the other recievers have not really lived up to their potential I think that they will address that here.

55. Cincinnati Bengals - Dumervil, Elvis, DE Louisville | Once projected a first rounder he has been slipping but I don't think that the bengals could pass this guy up. He is just a sack machine. He will help those young linebackers get even better.

56. New York Giants - Wroten, Claude, DT LSU | Dt is the key her, with wroten slipping I do believe he will fit here. The giants need that impact dt and coughlin is known to put some dicapline into his players.

57. Chicago Bears - Simpson, Ko, S South Carolina | With trading green for a sixth round pick loock for them to go for a safety here. Their offense is alright but they need to help their one on one coverage.

58. Carolina Panthers - Pope, Leonard, TE Georgia | The panthers need that te that can block and catch an occasional ball every now and then.

59. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Bing, Darnell, S USC | Bing does need a little work but he is a hard hitter and the bucs havn't had that since lynch left. They don't need alot of work on their 2ndary but could use some depth.

60. Jacksonville Jaguars - Howard, Thomas, OLB UTEP | I believe they will go lb here, wit the lb pool dying down a little bit and plenty of te left I believe howard will go here. Look for day from oregon to go here in the third round, and maybe washington from florida st in the fourth.

61. Denver Broncos - Williams, Demetrius, WR Oregon | Williams is a great pick up here, he will be a great pocesion reciever for years to come he is also great big target for plumer.

62. Indianapolis Colts - Harrison, Jerome, RB Washington St. | An early third rounder I think that the colts couldn't pass this guy up. simular to james in style and quickness I think that he would be a good comliment to rhodes.

63. Seattle Seahawks - Fasno, Anthony, TE Notre Dame | With the choking of stevens in the superbowl they really need to have somebody who can catch the ball in the middle of the field and an endzone target fasno would be a great fit.

64. Pittsburgh Steelers - Griffin, Cedric, CB Texas | This guy has tremendus speed on the field and he will add youth to that aging 2ndary of the steelers corners.
