1. Houston Texans - Bush, Reggie, RB USC | Bush is just the best offensive player in the draft to date. If the Texans don't take him I hope they get a large amount picks to trade out.
2. New Orleans Saints - Ferguson, D'Brickashaw, OT Virginia | The key thing here is that the saints lost key players on their oline, if they don't rebuild it doesn't matter what type of defense they have.
3. Tennessee Titans - Leinart, Matt, QB USC | the titans need a ready qb that can start next year young needs a lot of work and so does cutler leinart is the best starter in my book. Volek is okay but leinart will give the titans comepetition they havn't seen in a while.
4. New York Jets - Hawk, A.J., OLB Ohio St. | This pick is a big toss up, qb,de,orlb,ot. Witch one to choose. vlima is on the merge of becoming a star. Hawk has lewis like moves seeing the two of them on the same defense is scary.
5. Green Bay Packers - Williams, Mario, DE North Carolina St | The packers will need a great counterpart for their new DT on the dline. Williams will be a great choice. He will help manage close games and not allow teams to catch up. Also don't be too suprised if this team picks up cutler or even leinart if he falls, they may feel that rogers isn't ready to take the helm and pick up an insurance card here or in the third round.
6. San Francisco 49ers - Davis, Vernon, TE Maryland | What can I say about this guy, lets see how a lean scary physical speciman who can line up as a reciever or even pound the ball on the ground in short yardage situations. Unless the 49ers make a trade I wouldn't expect anything short of them picking this guy up.
7. Oakland Raiders - Bunkley, Brodrick, DT Florida St. | The real mel kiper jr on espn has bunkley going to the bills in pick eight however The raiders need an impact player in the first round, I don't think they can wait till round two to pick up a DT, but they could pick up young here as well we will just have to wait and see.
8. Buffalo Bills - Cutler, Jay, QB Vanderbilt | (vikingsfromBills) I predict a trade here. I origonally had young here but I do believe that Childeress is going in a differant direction. Johnson and mcman are very simular to cutlar. Cutler needs a little work but he maybe ready to start this year or the next depending on the how he progresses during training camp.
9. Detroit Lions - Huff, Michael, S Texas | With the lions defense plundering they need a guy that can just be all over the field. Don't be suprised if they go with young here he fits in perfectly with marx's offensive scheme.
10. Arizona Cardinals - Young, Vincent, QB Texas | Gee greene and culpepper were brought together. There are a lot of simularities with young and culpepper. Young has at least 2-3 years as a starter. warner will be there for that long unless he gets hurt. They could go oline here to justice can go to either cardinals or eagles.
11. St. Louis Rams - Greenway, Chad, OLB Iowa | The rams need to add depth at lb greenway will be a good addition to help witherspoon.
12. Cleveland Browns - Wimbley, Kamerion, DE Florida St. | This is a tuff choice. The browns need a Dt and a De as well as a lb. Wimbley can play both DE and LB he will be a good sub for mcginest. Look for Ngata here too.
13. Baltimore Ravens - Ngata, Haloti, DT Oregon | Ngata would be a good fit although they need to work on their 2ndary they also need to replace their losses in free angency.
14. Philadelphia Eagles - Justice, Winston, OT USC | They need a surefire ot to protect mcnabb he has gone down in injury to many times these past few years. If justice is already gone however don't be supresed if young does fall that he goes here. Again another perfect fit to this style of offense.
15. Denver Broncos - Williams, DeAngelo, RB Memphis | As much as I would like to see this guy in a pats uniform. The broncos need a 1000yarder. Bell has shown some glimpses of greatness but has not fit the broncos running style he can catch the ball but I think for now on he be used like anderson was. With williams starting for sure next year. He will be their missing link that will get them possibley to the superbowl next year.
16. Miami Dolphins - Whitner, Donte, S Ohio St. | This pick is a toss up, allen or whitner allen can play both cb or s but whitner can just make plays and rearly misses a takle. With the loss of their starting safeties they will need an impact player on defense.
17. Minnesota Vikings - Jackson, Chad, WR Florida | (billsfromvikings) I know they singed a number of wr in free angency however I don't think they really have a starter. Price and evans are really good number too's and parish is a solid number three. Evans is a close number one, and Davis is a number two or three maybe even four depending how things are going in training camp.
18. Dallas Cowboys - Allen, Jason, S Tennessee | This pick is a toss up as well depending on who goes first and who ever is left will be picked here. The cowboys really need to help out their 2ndary really bad. They also need to help their oline out too. They could address that here as well.
19. San Diego Chargers - Marshall, Richard, CB Fresno St. | I think that this choice is a tough call for the chargers. They need a shut down corner to be added to to that defense. They lost so many close games and missed the playoffs by 1 or 2 games. They also need WR's too. I think that they will address wr in the next few rounds.
20. Kansas City Chiefs - Hill, Tye, CB Clemson | The cheifs released a lot of their 2ndary starters it's no question that they need to address that in the first round.
21. New England Patriots - Holmes, Santonio, WR Ohio St. | With williams gone, The pats always pick the better player that is left. Holmes is better than maroney or williams(cb) I think that this would be the next best player added on offense. They will also add consitancy as well. Holmes dropt very little balls his last year at ohio st.
22. San Francisco 49ers - Sims, Ernie, OLB Florida St. | With this pick the 49ers will need to replace peterson and carter sims will be a really good lb replacement for this pick.
23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Winston, Eric, OT Miami (FL) | A borderline first rounder. Wintson will help add some depth to the bucs oline. I think the bucs need to upgrade their line and I believe they will do that here.
24. Cincinnati Bengals - Pope, Leonard, TE Georgia | With the broncos not having their 2nd pick here I believe that the bengals will seize this oppertunity to grab a sure minded clutch te on third down. He is also a pretty go run blocker as well.
25. New York Giants - Carpenter, Bobby, OLB Ohio St. | Even with the sighning of arrington, they need to add depth with the 23-0 loss in the playoffs, the defense did not work the way everybody had hoped.
26. Chicago Bears - Lewis, Marcedes, TE UCLA | The bears really need a big target as well as a big body added to that offensive line. lewis is a great clutch catcher and a decent endzone target as well.
27. Carolina Panthers - Maroney, Laurence, RB Minnesota | insurance, insurance, insurance, with davis gone and foster always getting hurt they need that elusve backup running back. Shelton is not a proven back and may still need a year or so and goings is a good blocker and good on short yardage but not a starter.
28. Jacksonville Jaguars - Howard, Thomas, OLB UTEP | The jags must replace adoyle in order to get back to the playoffs next year. Howard is a really good fit to this defense.
29. New York Jets - Moss, Sinorice, WR Miami (FL) | With the loss of his older brother the jets lost a really good returner. I don't think sinorice will be as good in recieving as santanna but I think that this guy could be as good as hall in the return game a few years down the road.
30. Indianapolis Colts - Ryans, DeMeco, OLB Alabama | If maroney is gone there are not many Rb's to be chosen here. Addai is a boarder line 1st rounder but, they already have a smaller rb in rhodes. I think they address the loss of their linebackers here.
31. Seattle Seahawks - Jean-Gilles, Max, OG Georgia | The pats suprised everybody last year and going with mantgins. I think the seahawks will do that this year. With loss of Hutchenson they need that impact og to replace him.
32. Pittsburgh Steelers - Williams, Jimmy, CB Virginia Tech | The steelers will need to add to the loss of their 2ndary and add youth to their aging conerbacks. Williams can play both cb and s and would be a good fit in this defense.
33. Houston Texans - McNeill, Marcus, OT Auburn | With the sencond pick the texans really have to address that oline. Mcneill may slide right into their laps. He is a reach in the 1st round.
34. New Orleans Saints - Mangold, Nick, C Ohio St. | Again a border 1st rounder, If nobody takes him I don't see how the saints can pass this guy up especially after the loss of their pro bowl starter.
35. New York Jets - White, LenDale, RB USC | Alot of people say that white may slip to steelers and he would be a perfect fit. I do agree that he would be a perfect fit but the steelers are already dealing with duce being hurt just about the begining of every year I don't think that they will want to take the chance again. The jets need a back up though and would help martin out a lot. I don't see him passing farther than this.
36. Green Bay Packers - Addai, Joseph, RB LSU | With giles gone I Think that Addai is a great fit here. He has simular moves to davenport and is a fresh body in backfield every running back on the packers roster just about got hurt last year. They really need to add some fresh depth.
37. Denver Broncos - Lawson, Manny, DE North Carolina St. | with releasing pryce lawson would fit good in this type of pass rushing defense. They could also go qb or conerback here.
38. Oakland Raiders - Croyle, Brodie, QB Alabama | with oakland going with an impact player in defense in the 1st round. Getting croyle would make alot of sense here. He has a simular style to brooks but stronger and more accurate. Walters is a different style of qb all together but davis really needs to add depth to this position.
39. Tennessee Titans - Jackson, D'Qwell, ILB Maryland | The titans really needs to help out on their week side at line backer. Jackson will be a good addition.
40. Detroit Lions - Kiwanuka, Mathias, DE Boston College | This big bruser has moved his stock up in the last month or so especially with hali having a poor workout. I think that the lions really need to add some depth to that defense.
41. Arizona Cardinals - O'Callaghan, Ryan, OT California | Next on the cardinals list, oline. They were just about dead last in rushing last year. If they pick up young look for them to address that here.
42. Buffalo Bills - Bullocks, Daniel, S Nebraska | When they lost milloy their 2ndary has never been the same. I believe that they have got to add some impact players to help their linbackers out.
43. Cleveland Browns - Wroten, Claude, DT LSU | With adding wimbley in the first round if wroten does fall into their laps I don't see how they could pass him up. Under the tutor of washington this guy could be great.
44. Baltimore Ravens - Youboty, Ashton, CB Ohio St. | with youboty falling out the first round according to mel kipers rankings on fri on espn I believe he could fall here. The ravens really need to help their 2ndary out big time.
45. Philadelphia Eagles - Watson, Gabe, DT Michigan | 2nd or 4th round I hear a lot things latley and this guy passes up through this round or the 4th. but I think that the eagles will replace simon here.
46. St. Louis Rams - Simpson, Ko, S South Carolina | with secondary being their primary position to work on next simpson is the best next s available.
47. Atlanta Falcons - Joseph, Davin, OG Oklahoma | I believe that they need to add some depth to that oline to help protect vick and their back up.
48. Minnesota Vikings - Hagan, Derek, WR Arizona St. | With the loss of moss they haven't had a good impact wr somebody who can run routes. hagan will be that insurance for johnson if he has to throw the ball in a hurry. Hagan is a very good route runner and will be a solid target. I don't think that hagan or hass will fall out of the second round. Oh yeah buy the way the loss of moss will be metioned until the vikings get back to the playoffs. You can also add the loss of culpepper and burelson now too.
49. Dallas Cowboys - Clemens, Kellen, QB Oregon | Again mel kiper jr has this guy projected to go in 2nd round on espn on thurs or fri. I believe like I had before the cowboys will pick him up. I do believe if he hadn't have lost to leinart he would have been a first round selection same thing with olsen. I think that clemmons and olsen will be a great sleeper.
50. San Diego Chargers - Williams, Demetrius, WR Oregon | Williams is a nice big target for rivers. I think that the 2nd and 3rd round will address the wr position look for lee or avant to be nabbed by these guys in third.
51. Minnesota Vikings - Cromartie, Antonio, CB Florida St | (billsfromvikings) 2nd part of trade I believe that the bills will address their 2ndary in the first two rounds of the draft. Look for Drewrb to nabbed by the bills in the 3rd round.
52. New England Patriots - Calhoun, Brian, RB Wisconsin | Dillon and faulk are aging and have been banged up the last couple of years. If they don't pick up williams calhoun is another great running back as a backup or starter. I think that he do just as well as williams.
53. Washington Redskins - McIntosh, Roger, OLB Miami (FL) | with one pick in 4 rounds the key thing here is to replace arrington. They have to address the middle of the field on defense here.
54. Kansas City Chiefs - Byrd, Dominique, TE USC | I think that byrd would be a good choice here, he is a great runblocker and clutch catcher. He needs a little work on his recieving skills but gonzaulaz can help with that. Look for them to address the running back position in the third especially if holmes does retire.
55. Cincinnati Bengals - Dumervil, Elvis, DE Louisville | Once projected a first rounder he has been slipping but I don't think that the bengals could pass this guy up. He is just a sack machine. He will help those young linebackers get even better.
56. New York Giants - Joseph, Jonathan, CB South Carolina | Even though they have added some key players in 2ndary they will still need to add some depth.
57. Chicago Bears - Zemaitis, Alan, CB Penn St. | With the retirement of azumah the bears needs to address that 2ndary they have to get a solid cb who can play man to man and not get caught out of position zemaitis needs a little work but can be really be good in a couple of years.
58. Carolina Panthers - Nicholson, A.J., OLB Florida St. | The panthers really need to help replace witherspoon, I do believe that nicholson will fall towards the end of the 2nd round and the panthers will nab him.
59. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Bing, Darnell, S USC | Bing does need a little work but he is a hard hitter and the bucs havn't had that since lynch left. They don't need alot of work on their 2ndary but could use some depth.
60. Jacksonville Jaguars - Griffin, Cedric, CB Texas | the jags really need some help in their 2ndary griffin is a good fast corner that can cover and blitz.
61. Denver Broncos - Hass, Mike, WR Oregon St. | With this pick the broncos really need to help thier wr core. hass is a nice big target to help plummer and the other recievers to get open.
62. Indianapolis Colts - Harrison, Jerome, RB Washington St. | An early third rounder I think that the colts couldn't pass this guy up. simular to james in style and quickness I think that he would be a good comliment to rhodes.
63. Seattle Seahawks - Fasno, Anthony, TE Notre Dame | With the choking of stevens in the super bowl they will need that clutch te. fasno is a great target for third down and endzone situations. He may be a little undersized but he can catch the ball nearly everytime if throughn too.
64. Pittsburgh Steelers - Hali, Tamba, DE Penn St. | hali is a good defensive end but he did not work out well in the combine. His stock I believe has been pushed all they way to the end of the 2nd round. He is a good pass rusher and will help keep that steeler defense fresh and young. Look for the steelers to address the running situation in third round.
