Report: Colts' Hayden agrees on 5 years (AP)

Kelvin Hayden agreed to a five-year deal worth $43 million Wednesday night, hours before the Colts were prepared to use the franchise tag to prevent him from hitting the free-agent market, The Indianapolis Star reported on its Web site. "Needless to say, Kelvin is very happy," Fletcher Smith, Hayden's agent, told the Star on Wednesday night.
