Default Why would the Jets win this year

I can't figure out why they would. The only exciting thing about this team is Pennington!

I disagree with your comment. I think the Jets team is looking strong. They have a great team (consisting of future pro-bowlers). Curtis Martin is one of the leagues most dominant half-back. Jonathan Abraham has 8.5 sacks. What more can you ask for?

Yeah, right now they're looking pretty tough. Who knew Martin had this much gas left in his tank?

Well, you posted this recently. So as you know, Pennington is out.

Yeah for 2-4 weeks they may struggle a little bit, but this team is a lot more than just Pennington. If Martin continues to do well and their D keeps performing they're going to be fine. They're not Superbowl material, but they are a darn good team!

Actually, I beg to differ. As you may know, they have not beaten a really competitive team. They lost to the Ravens (who have the worst offense in the league). I can't understand why the fans believe they are pure SuperBowl material. They lost to the Patriots. As of now, I believe the Eagles will make the SuperBowl or the (lucky) Steelers. It is hard to predict an event so far in the future. I do know that on the other NY team (Giants), they do not have a great quarterback[Warner] and are going to try E. Manning for his first time against the 7 and 2 Alanta Falcons (in other words, the Vicks).
