It looks like he scored a very low positive test (not much marijuana in his system) and feels that the violation will be dropped because other tests indicate that his score was below a "positive" grade. What's he doing with any marijuana in his system? I agree why can't he just stop puffing?
I thought this guy turned over a new leaf two yrs ago when he went from New Orleans to Miami. I guess he's back to his old ways.

really Williams should be suspended for about half the season. He quit the team to avoid suspension so he should be suspended longer than he would have been.
