Default Troy Williamson

Troy Movie

Saw this movie today on the Vikings first round pick. Kind of made me feel better about the selection.

Some things I noticed.

1) Quarterbacks passes were very inaccurate.
2) A lot of the receptions were short or screens (but he still managed 19 yards a catch)
3) He's not afraid to catch the ball in traffic.
4) Amazing speed burst, fastest guy on the feild.
5) Catches the ball away from his body using his hands. (this is a good thing) Some players let it hit thier body first and try to cradle it. (that's bad)

Encore was the perfect song for the beginning, roll call was a bad call for the second part.

Anyway...I'm excited, it looks like anytime he's in the open field, he can just burn and break open a game.

Yea but I still would of went with Mike Williams. I hope it works out for us but I still got this weird feeling like he is going to be a BUST.

Williams would have been a lot more like Randy Moss

I think Williams will be a great red zone wide reciever, Randy was the Vikes red zone reciever he had 13 TD's last year despite missing 5 games. But Williams isn't much of a deep threat.

Mike Williams knows how to use his body so he'll be a short or medium length threat every play, especially on crossing routes. And In the red zone, his height will be his best asset. But williamSON has the speed to break away, and if he can learn to control his body of medium and crossing routes, he will be a playmaker.

Williamson has a good combine and becomes a top 10 pick. Thats why I don't like the combine to much. Way to overrated.

I think the exact opposite, they didnt take Mike Williams because he is not their kind of receiver. They wanted someone with Moss qualities, fast good hands and leaping ability. Mike Williams is better yea sure, but he isnt the kind of receiver Moss was, Williams is more TO style.
