Default why fix the def. now?

why didnt red spend money on the D when moss was here? its not like they saved a lot of cap room by trading moss. or is he just spending money now cause the team is gonna be sold.
i know fowler isnt supposed to have any input on team decisions until the nfl oks the deal. but how can they stop him and red from doing it. maybe fowler wanted moss gone?
that will be the next vikes controversy, right after ticketmaster-mikes drama unfolds. never a dull moment.

It's because Red isn't spending his money!

It's quite obvious. Red signed all these FA with their signing bonuses to be handed out in June, thinking that Fowler will be the owner then. So Red wouldn't actually be paying, Fowler would. Red McCombs is a disgrace to the Vikings.
