Vikings will draft Clarrett

I bet there's a pretty good chance Maurice Clarrett will be a Viking. He'll fall to the second day and Tice will take him in the fourth round. I read they're looking at running backs and Tice wants to run the ball more, and he has a history of doing this with Smith and Moore.

I also don't think we'll be as effective running the ball as we'll see 8 guys in the box more with Moss gone.

If the Vikes do take him, which I doubt with their RB depth, it will be in the 6th round. He'll fall that far because of his quitting during the combine.

No on clarrett, yes on Marion Barber lll (4th round) Marion is a quality kid from from a quality football family ( His dad was a all-american tailback for MN in the 70`s and had a good career with the Jets ) Marion`s numbers coming out of Mn would have been staggering if not for splitting time with another great back, Lawrence Mahony.....................

i dont thin we need any more running backs really. i mean we have smith bennett n moore back there. however, if wwe were to take a running back, id prefer not to take clarett. barber or maurony sound good to me.

The Vikes have more needs than at RB. Tice already said he's not going to trade any of them because they are all good, even Moe. We have the young, the old, the fast, and the all-round back.
Plus we just got rid of our controversy player in Moss, why draft another?
Tice will draft a WR and DE in the 1st, G in the 2nd, K in the 3rd, CB in the 4th, TE in the 5th, T in the 6th, and LB in the 7th
We dont need another RB
