I don't think they'll go WR/DE with their 1st round picks. They'll go LB/WR.

I can see that happening but with the additions of Harris and Cowart, the return of Raonall Smith, and Tice wanting Thomas and Henderson to develop, that gives them 5 Lbs right there. I think we go WR with our 1st pick and then draft the best player available no matter the position at 18

They could get Williamson at 18.

That would be great, but why chance it?
Three teams in between 7 and 18 (San Diego, Dallas, and Baltimore) could all be looking for a reciever. If we dont take either Williamson or Williams at 7, we could be looking at Roddy White as the next best thing and thats a big drop off

yes white is a pretty big dropoff but we shouldnt even be considering taking 2 WRs in the first round. we already have quality receivers in campbell and robinson. we also just picked up taylor. oh yeah n dont forget #81 burleson. he caught for an unnoticed >1000 yrds last season. i think the offence is just fine.......no reason to take 2 WRs.

I didnt mean to draft 2 1st round recievers, i agree that would be stupid. However, if Williams is still there at 7, I would rather have him, then wait till 18 and try and grab a reciever there

Burleson was a 3rd round pick and he turned out just fine. So was Heines Ward, Laveranues Coles, and Terrel Owens. I say they take a wr in the third. 8)

Johnson at 7 if he's there, if not Braylon Edwards or Mike Williams
Best DE available at 18

Edwards won't be there at 7. It will be Johnson-7 and Williamson/Clayton/Spears at 18.

I think that we should take DJ at the 7th pick or maybe even merriman who can fill either LB or DE opposite Udezi. then we go w/ either clayton, williamson, or the best DE available (pollack, spears, cody or james)
