Default The perfect trade for the Vikings is this

Minnesota gives up RB Michael Bennett, a 2nd round and 4th round to Miami for CB Patrick Surtain and their 1st round pick. The Vikings in turn draft LB Derrick Johnson of Texas and solve both their CB and LB problem. The trade gives the Dolphins a big time proven RB and numerous quality draft picks to fill other much needed holes....feedback please

I like the trade because I want to get rid of Bennett, but Surtain is getting older and he wants more money (either him or Madison) even though he isn't an elite corner anymore.

Great trade. I'd do it. I don't see a reason to keep so many backs. Trade one of them.

I see other needs than a CB. Williams and Winfield are good enough to be starters on almost any other team. FS SS MLB DT are bigger needs than corner.

im a huuuuuuuuuuge vikings fan but theres no frickin way that theyd pull that trade off. patrick surtain is only 28. and listen to purple reign. except the vikings dont need a DT or a SS. and nwo that they got napolean harris they dont need a MLB either. they need OLb to replace keith newman and a better coach. the vikings need better time management, and a better d coordinator. and andy_adam u r frickin nuts. Rich Gannon? hes liek wat 39 and if u get a corner from the raiders take charles woodson

Anyone who thinks the vikings should get gannon in the moss trade is insane. He is too old and has too large of a cap number to be number three (behind daunte and frerotte) secondly dont be surprised if another player is added into the moss deal maybe instead of the later draft pick woodson just signed his offer sheet giving him a guaranteed 10+ million this year the raiders are going to need to dump more salary.

Also, don't be surprised if the Vikings trade Bennett to Arizona for draft picks (Bennett would reunite with Dennis Green)

everybody keeps talking about trading bennett, but of all the rbs they have i hope he would be the last one they trade. i love his attitude, he keeps getting hurt and loses his starting job but he doesnt complain, he just fights his way back. he doesnt tell everyone how great he is and he hasnt flunked any drug tests. he is a total team player, i hope they trade the SOD but i suppose he isnt worth as much.
