what free agent did they need for a winning seasson????if any.....or what FA did they need to make there team better

They needed to sign a solid backup QB thats what they needed. Eitherway I didn't think they were gonna have a winning season. Not yet. A lot of young talent and they could get good in the future.

Yea someone like Dilfer would of been a nice pickup or Kelly Holcomb.

How about the Bears sign Antwaan Randle El to replace Gage or Berrian, Steve Hutchinson to replace Terrence Metcalf, Julian Peterson to replace Hunter Hillemeyer, and Charles Woodson to replace Azumah or Tillman?

How sweet it would be! Except the Bears prefer the draft to the free agent market. They're only good for about one above-average free agent per year.

Last year was Fred Miller, year before was John Tait, etc..

That would be great. The Bears stack pile on with free agents especially Peterson who has been injury proned since entering the NFL. Then they draft Vernon Davis and get held back by whatever QB they play next season. A year later they are in deep cap trouble and forced to cut big name guys like Thomas Jones and Mushin Muhammed.

I for one would love too see that. :wink:
