Default Roy Williams to Dallas???

I have read rumors stating that DET is talking with Dallas about Roy Williams (WR). Has anyone else heard this? If true, R Williams value will shoot through the roof.

Roy Williams answered questions from the Chicago media in a Wednesday teleconference on Sunday's Bears-Lions game. The Chicago Tribune reported his answers:

Are the Lions better than their 0-3 record indicates?

"Does a Bear use the bathroom in the woods?" he asked.

Heck, he added, the Lions still could win the NFC North.

And what about Williams' own future in Detroit?

"My plans are to finish out this season," Williams said. "I know the trade deadline is coming up in two weeks, I believe. My mind-set is I'm going to be a Detroit Lion for the next 13 weeks."

And the playoffs, right?

SO if both Roy Williams were on the same team what would they put on the back of their jersey's for names? LOL, I don't really see this happening, if it did his value would increase no doubt but i am not sure it shoots through the roof, there is still alot of talent on the O getting touches and their is only one ball and only about 50-60 plays/game to get all those weapons the ball

Won't happen, TO would cry like a baby for someone else getting a look once in a while.

I agree. Not enough touches to go around between Barber, Felix Jones, TO, Witten....add Roy Williams and TO will probably burst into tears and start running around Texas kicking small animals

Brad Johnson's aim was off and the boo birds were roaring at Texas Stadium. Somehow, the Dallas Cowboys pulled out of their midseason slump anyway. Johnson made up for several missed chances at touchdowns by throwing one to newcomer Roy Williams at the end of a drive sustained by four defensive penalties, and the much-maligned Dallas defense made it hold up for a 13-9 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.

BTW, saw some cool widgets at statbeast.com. Might be helpful.
