Here's the Deal
The guy I'm playing this week has Gates as a TE. Gates has a bye and he has no backup TE. I was wondering if it would be unsportsmanlike to add and drop every roster worthy TE in the Free Agent Pool on Saturday, putting them on waivers so they cannot be picked up until Wednesday. Do you guys think I should? This is my money league and the guy I'm playing did this last year and got some ridecule for it.

This is why I am a little weary. Also, the guy I'm playing knew I had a DEF/ST with a bye week this week, so he picked up 2 DEF/STs this week, giving him 3 on his roster.

why don't you drop moore, the saints and vince young and pick up 3 te's? It's just pay back and if someone in your league complains point out that he did the same exact thing.

haha...ok there goes that. Well complain to the league and see what people say. Because people with either see what he's doing as good strategy or as cheating

I don't think it's cheating at all. He claimed those players and he has the right to them. By doing that, he left himself without a TE for this week. I have a feeling he will drop one of those DEF/STs on Saturday, and pick up a TE, that way a won't be able to use that DEF/ST he dropped for this week.

yeah I don't think it is cheating, but I also wouldn't think what you did was cheating because it's essentially the same thing, however, there is that clause you showed me. You think your league would be pissed or what?
