Default Draft Jonathan Stewart??? Help

I am in a 12 team keeper league.

My keepers are:
DeAngelo Williams
Andre Johnson
Calvin Johnson

I have the last pick in the first round, but the first pick in the second.

Should I draft Jonathan Stewart with one of those picks or wait? I feel like I need to get him but how far will he fall?

he'd normally go around round 5 or 6 in non keepers so i think you could get him round 3... ure cuttin it kinda close though... depends on the other teams. Are there 10 12 or 14? and how many people kept running backs? look at those things, but its borderline IMO

in a 12-team league with 3 keepers I don't see you getting him if you don't draft him with one of your first 2 picks So i know it sucks having to draft a handcuff that high but if you really want Stewart your gonna have to take him with one of those first 2 picks IMO

Would you draft Steward as a starter?

i agree with plugs. if u want him, draft him in 1st or 2nd. it really depends whos on the board tho. if there is a clear cut starter that will produce then take him over stewart. stewart could be a starter but we will only know when the season begins

Of the 36 total players selected as keepers, about 25 are running backs. With that being said, Jonathan Stewart's name rises on the list of available RB's.

It seems I may have to take him with my first or second round pick.

What I may try to do is take the best RB and WR available with my first and second round pick. If Jonathan Stewart in the best RB, then I take him. If not then I'll hope my falls to my 3rd round pick.
