Ravens CB Frank Walker inactive against Broncos (AP)

Struggling defensive back Frank Walker was one of eight players declared inactive by the Baltimore Ravens for Sunday's game against the Denver Broncos. Walker was called for a pass interference penalty in the fourth quarter of Baltimore's 17-14 loss to Cincinnati on Oct. 11 and gave up a 58-yard completion in the closing minutes of a 33-31 defeat at Minnesota a week later.
