Maryland the new LB U?

You know I've been going over the last few players to be drafted out of College Park and I've noticed a trend. The Terps have been producing some solid LB talent of late. Anyone else notice this as well?

Shawne Merriman, the Hendersons, that's not too bad. I'd say they still have a way to go before they catch up to Penn State.

Several people have tried to take the Linebacker U. title away from Penn St. recently. I read a column giving the title to Miami. It's still Penn St.

Paul Posluszny and Dan Connor are just the newest to add to the list. The next heir is already lined up too -- Sean Lee.

True, there has been no lack of talent at LB coming out of Penn St. still, I was just pointing out the influx of solid NFL prospects that have and are coming out of UMCP
