Heisman winner
I think it's fairly obvious that Tim Tebow is most deserving. He's done something that no one else ever has, scoring 20 rushing tds and 20 passing tds. Hopefully, voters won't actually hold him being a sophomore against him.
So 1. Tim Tebow, QB, Florida
2. Darren McFadden, RB, Arkansas - He's tried and tried to keep his name in the running and any other year, he'd be a shew in. That's how good Tebow has been though. McFadden will steal some first place votes, though. What he did to LSU was phenomenal. One of the best individual performances of the year. He's set himself up as easily the top draft prospect. He's in a league by himself in that regard.
3. Michael Crabtree, WR, Texas Tech - Want to say it's just the system that are escalating his numbers? Sure. It has something to do with it. But no one has posted the numbers he has in that system. I've seen him play in person twice. The first time was at Tech's spring game. I looked at my sister and brother-in-law then and said he would break Tech records one day. He was that impressive. Little did I know he would break national records. I saw him again at the OU game. He was phenomenal against top notched talent. He's a redshirt freshman and will leave for the draft after next season. He's got great speed and size. It's pretty well publicized that he's going to leave with Graham Harrell who graduates next fall.
4. Todd Reesing, QB, Kansas - He's not really getting a lot of Heisman hype, but his numbers are there. 30 TDs and 4 INTs. Look what he's done for his team as well. Kansas wasn't on the Big 12 North map let alone in the National title picture.
5. Chase Daniel, QB, Missouri - By far, my favorite QB in the nation. He's got a moxie to him that speaks volumes about his will to win. He's fourth in the nation in total offense. He will push Tebow for the Heisman next season.
