THE Game
Everyone reading this know what game I mean.
Thoughts? Predictions? all that good stuff lets go.
Henne, Hart and Manningham vs Smith, Pittman and Ginn. WHich threesome do you like better?
I personally feel Michigan wins. Dont have any evidence to back it up thats just my gut feeling

The Ohio State University all the way!!!!
My gym teacher is cheering for Michigan and thinks it will be a close game at half but then Ohio State pulls away. That's about the most unbiased you're going to get from me on this game .

It's really hard to break down this game...I think it comes down to two key matchups, although there are so many great one on one matchups that will be seen throughout this game.
Everyone is going to be saying that Michigan's defense needs to contain Troy Smith and Ted Ginn. I think that containing Antonio Pittman is more important. Pittman has been the best offensive producer for this team in the past month. Smith's numbers are average at best, but he was the Heisman hype at the start of the year and he's still getting it. I'm not saying that he's not a great player, but I don't think he's been as imipressive as some have said he has been. If Michigan can stuff Pittman, which I think they can with Prescott Burgess, David Harris and Alan Branch, then I think they can pull out a victory.
The other matchup is Ohio St. stopping the big play to Mario Manningham. I honestly think that Michigan will have an easier time getting to Manningham than Ohio St. will have getting Pittman going. The Buckeyes don't have any elite defenders in the secondary and are yet to be challenged by a great passing attack. Michigan's passing attack is lethal with a healthy Manningham in the mix. Steve Breaston was freed up last week because of Manningham's presence. I think Michigan will try to get an early lead in the game and if they do, then Ohio St. could have a hard time catching up against Michigan's defense.
I'm picking Michigan in a low scoring affair...17-10.

Wow that is very low scoring. I was thinking Michigan 27-21

If USC wins against Notre Dame this weekend then USC will get it. If Notre Dame wins I think that Michigan has a good shot at getting a rematch BUT if that happens and Arkansas wins it's final games against #10 LSU and then against #4 Folrida, I believe that they should get the match in the National Title game.
If all that does happen though, Arkansas might get shafted even though, they should be the team to get in because of their record and because I think they have played better opponents than Michigan. That is only if Arkansas wins their final two games. If they lose one they would have to settle for another BCS bowl or a bowl like the Peach Bowl depending on which game they lost.
Overall I think it's down to a three team race. Michigan, USC, and Arkansas. Notre Dame has really no chance because Michigan owned them earlier this year. The next two weeks should be intresting especially if Arkansas wins out and USC beats Notre Dame.
