Default Michael Bush breaks leg...

How big is this?! I really feel for the guy. He was wanting to come out in the draft last season, but returned when he was told he wasn't a 1st round pick. Now it'll be questioned if he'll still be a 1st round pick in 2007. I know the Willis McGahee situation comes to mind.

Bush had already ran for 128 yards and 3 TDs when he went down early in the 3rd quarter. This could kill any hopes Louisville had at the Big East title and a BCS bowl game. I think there has to be some complaints about the artificial turf at Louisville's stadium. It has caused some significant injuries in the past year.

In a way, this also hurts West Virginia. Their toughest opponent, by far, on their schedule now becomes much weaker.

Yeah this is a big injury for Louisville. They still have a good QB so i expect them to still be the second best team in the Big East. I'm telling you guys though watch out for Rutgers this year. When Louisville comes into Rutgers the Knights could be 7-0 and if there is an upset game on Louivilles schedule that is it.

Rutgers almost gave the game away to UNC...I know they're better than they have been, but they aren't on the level with Louisville with or without Bush.

I know there not all i said was that if there is an upset game on Louisvilles schedule its the game at Rutgers. Rutgers could be undefeated when they play Louisville. Lol i wish they did give the game away to UNC because i'm a Tarheels fan.

It will certainly heart Louisville, but the Big East is such a weak conference overall, they still should be able to come out with a 1 or 2 loss season at worst

If he accepts the redshirt he does...he could opt to go into the draft anyway. I think if he ends up still projecting as a 1st round pick then he will go into the draft.

He may be able to get the medical redshirt. I hope he does because he can be electrifying.
