How does Matt Leinart not fit the offense the Saints will be running? What's so special about their offense that makes him unfit for it? It's not going to be a Jim Haslett offense it's going to be a Sean Payton offense. Look at the two QBs he's really had some sort of success with....Drew Bledsoe and Kerry Collins. I wouldn't call either one very athletic and I think Leinart is more athletic than both of them. The way you have the QBs going in this draft ruins your top 10. Now if Tennessee could get Leinart I think they would, but McNair will be pushing for Young and I think he will have some say in who they get. Leinart will not be available anyway so that argument is a mute point. Cutler is not worth the 2nd pick of the draft. If a team in the top 5 wants him then they'll trade out to get him. Another thing is that if Vince Young fell out of the top 3 then the Jets would swipe him in a heartbeat. Pennington is on his way out and the Jets will take one of the top 3 QBs. I think they trade back and take Cutler. Young should not fall that far. Why do you have him falling that far? His Wonderlic score? He's going to get to take that test again and I think he'll do better than a 16 on it. He's got too much upside and talent to not take.

Your top 10 is so bad that the rest of your draft is ruined by it. I looked over it and there are too many flaws. I could sit here and write a 3 page report about everything you should change. Sorry to be so harsh, but it's the truth. I'll let the other guys look at it and say what they want. To go any further than just the top 10 messes would be a waste of time because the whole thing needs a makeover starting with pick 2.

Leinart fits the Saints offesne perfectly. He's all but a lock to go there pending a trade. They have new coach and a new system this year.

Packers defense finshed 7th in the NFL LAST YEAR. I doubt they need to clean house and start from scratch. Last I checked 7th was pretty good.

Ferguson will likley not fall that far.

Tye Hill is a little high in my opinion.

No WR should go top 20. Chad Jackson has a chance though.

Caulhon is too high as of now.

Even though Croyle is my boy I'll disagree with that pick. Simply because Matt Millen is to stubborn to admit a mistake in Joey Harrington

AJ Nicholson is way to high.

Elvis Dumervil is a day 2 pick. Vikings don't need any DE's. 2 in the first round the last 2 years.

Whitehurst is probably a 3rd or 4th round pick. Lots of concerns with his shoulder.

Joseph and Cromartie should be a lot higher. Late first early 2nd.

Robinson is probably a day 2 pick.

First draft I'm guessing?? Always hard to get a good one with your first draft especially this late. Overall I'd read more scouting reports and more up on the combine to get a better view of what's going on.

I agree with Cuby.

But don't be discouraged by it, my first mock is actually on the home page some place, it's quite old. But it is awful by todays standards.

Jets don't have the money to make a run for Brees!!

Cutler doing the combine and Leinart not makes absoluetly 0 difference. The combine isn't for elite players. It's for the guys who need to improve there stock. Leinart is a lock for the top 2 picks in the draft. Cutler was more in the 10-16 range. Now he's put himself in the top 10 but not ahead of Leinart.

Why would they make a run at a qb, who could very well never come back from that injury...it was pretty serious. I think if they get their chance they definitely take a qb in this first round. Unless they sign a experienced qb (they don't have the cap room to do it) ex., Kitna.

Leinart is the best QB coming out, as of now. And he fits any teams offensive scheme, with one exception. That's Atlanta, because they don't even know what their scheme is.

Again though little difference. Now maybe Cutler jumps Young because of young's wonderlic but every scout just pretty much said Leinart is top QB in this draft. Cutler has put himself in contention for top 5 to maybe like the Jets at pick #4 but not over Leinart. Now if the Titians trade with the Texans to steal Leinart from the Saints then i could see the Saints going Cutler over Young but I don't think the Texans are moving. Right now it appears pending a trade the top 3 picks are

1. Texans - Reggie Bush
2. Saints - Matt Leinart
3. Titians - Vince Young

Now I have Cutler at 4 in the draft I'm working on and some people will call that a reach but everything I've read says the Jets and Titians both love him so I'm going to hold strong with that.

That top 3 is pretty much all but a lock as of now pending a trade and Young's retate Wonderlic test. So that should get you started. Once you have that you'll top 10 will look way better as will the rest of your draft.
