My Mock Draft Is THE Best
1.
San Francisco 49ers - Aaron Rodgers, QB California | A Cal. guy. Makes too much sense. Plus he is bettr than Smith
2. Miami Dolphins - Cedric Benson, RB Texas | A RB for sure. Benson can run on every play, to relieve either Ferrote/Feely.
3. Cleveland Browns - Alex Smith, QB Utah | A trade here is possible, but if not got to take a quarterback.
4. Chicago Bears - Braylon Edwards, WR Michigan | Best player available, and a good target for Grossman. Uh oh a pass threat in Chicago?
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Carnell Williams, RB Auburn | Pittman is aging and Gruden fell in love with Williams at the Senior Bowl.
6. Tennessee Titans - Antrel Rolle, CB Miami (FL) | With Rolle gone there is a huge hole to fill.
7. Minnesota Vikings - Mike Williams, WR USC | Williams is an obvious choice but wait, a possible trade with Washington? (Swap picks and Rod Gardner. Washington gets rid of Gardner and gets Williams, Minnesota gets an experienced reciever and Derrick Johnson at number 9.)
8. Arizona Cardinals - Ronnie Brown, RB Auburn | Denny Green gets a pass-catching running back.
9. Washington Redskins - Pac-Man Jones, CB West Virginia | If my aforementioned trade does not happen Washington will pick up Pac-Man and fill a void left by Fred Smoot and Champ Bailey absence.
10. Detroit Lions - Derrick Johnson, LB Texas | Assuming Minnesote does not trade down.
11. Dallas Cowboys - Shawne Merriman, LB Maryland | Fits Parcell\'s 3-4.
12. San Diego Chargers (From NYG) - Troy Williamson, WR South Carolina | Brees-Tomlinson-Gates-Williamson, a new Indianapolis Colts?
13. Houston Texans - Alex Barron, OT Florida State | Quarterback David Carr is tired of pulling grass out of his faceguard and gets protection.
14. Carolina Panthers - Mark Clayton, WR Oklahoma | Already has a solid defense, has a good offense too; when healthy. Clayton can replace Mushin and learn behind Smith and Colbert.
15. Kansas City - Carlos Rogers, CB Auburn | They now play against Randy Moss twice a year, can\'t beat him without a good CB.
16. New Orleans Saints - Dan Cody, DE Oklahoma | Helping to solidify a weak line.
17. Cincinnati Bengals - Marcus Spears, DE LSU | Helping to solidify another weak line.
18. Minnesota Vikings - Erasmus James, DE Wisconsin | If they get Williams at 7 they can gamble on James; if they trade down they will go for OT Jamaal Brown.
19. St. Louis Rams - Jammal Brown, OT Oklahoma | Again depending on what Minnesota does.
20. Dallas Cowboys (from Buf) - Roddy White, WR UAB | Giving Bledsoe something young to throw to, also taking pressure off of Glenn and Johnson.
21.
Jacksonville Jaguars - Brodney Pool, S Oklahoma | Donovin Darius wanted a trade, picking up Pool will allow Jacksonville that luxury.
22. Baltimore Ravens - Elton Brown, OG Virginia | Well, I would have put Demarcus Ware but I was unable so Brown will fit, instead.
23. Seattle Seahawks - David Pollack, DE Georgia | Quite obvious, right?
24. Green Bay Packers - Thomas Davis, S Georgia | Can replace Sharper and occasionly at LB. Offensive guard would also make sense.
25. Denver Broncos - Heath Miller, TE Virginia | Miller slips on draft day, but goes to Denver who loves a good tight end.
26. New York Jets - Justin Miller, CB Clemson | Good CB\'s are always helpful for any playoff team.
27. Atlanta Falcons - Shaun Cody, DT USC | Another defensive lineman, this year is deep.
28. San Diego Chargers - Matt Roth, DE Iowa | A very fiesty player, seemingly never gives up. Joins Kaeding from Iowa.
29. Indianapolis Colts - Channing Crowder, LB Florida | Saying Indy needs to improve defense is like saying the sky is blue, everyone knows it.
30. Pittsburgh Steelers - Craphonso Thorpe, WR Florida St. | With Plax gone, here comes Thorpe. Mathis is another choice.
31. Philadelphia Eagles - Odell Thurman, ILB Georgia | The defense gets stronger.
32. New England Patriots - Justin Miller, CB Clemson | Law is gone and altough they won the Super Bowl with the other two, Miller is a needed improvement.

RE: NYJets and sommerSD
I agree Justin Milller can not play for two teams, that was a careless mistake. If you look when I posted, it was around 11:00 p.m. and I was becoming tired and hurrying but that is no excuse.
32. New England Patriots - Fabian Washington
Fixed.
When I said Chicago would have a pass threat, I was not belittling Mushin. He is a very good reciever. I should have been specific, I meant an every down scoring threat, and a deep threat with Edwards. With only Mushin in Chicago opponents would be able to put their best defender on him and effectively shut down any true passing scoring threat, but with Braylon Edwards he would demand the best defender freeing up Mushin, making him a scoring threat.
I hope everyone is happy, but if not feel free to "type up." (instead of speak up, lol)

1-19 were OK, but 20-32 wer not good at all. Roddy White at 20? Troy Williamson makes more sense. Brodney Pool at 21? Way too early. He's a mid second rounder. Elton Brown at 22? He'll be lucky to sneak into the first round. Thomas Davis falling to 24? The Pack will most definitely have to trade up if they have any shot at him. Thorpe belongs in late second, not late first, and Thurman isn't of first round caliber either. It was a first attempt, so its understandable that you would make a few errors. Try and fix it for next time.

I seriously doubt Ronnie Brown will be the last of the big 3 RB's off the board; the consensus right now is that he's the best of the bunch. And as was mentioned, there's just no way Brodney Poole is going to be off the board before Thomas Davis. The rest of it makes sense
