Like the Jets pick. They need a pass rusher.

I think Landry is to high and i also think that Offensive line is the Cards top need but Thomas is off the board in your mock and any other Offensive lineman getting picked that high might be a stretch so who knows what they would do in that case.

I dont really like the Ravens pick. I just think that they are a super bowl caliber team right now and Mcnair still has some good years left in him so i think they will look for a player that will help them win now. With Adalius Thomas a UFA they might look at an OLB there. Personally i think Smith will be picked by the Bears.

I agree with you on the first Pats pick. I know that they dont ussually take WR in the first round but they did last year and i think they will again. Gabriel was a bust for them and they released him. Caldwell is ok but isnt a number 1 or 2 and Troy Brown is getting old. Chad Jackson and Samardja would be a good 1-2 with Caldwell thrown in there as well.

I only disagree heavily with 4 of these picks.

21. Moss projects too much as a 3-4 OLB to me. He's this year's Manny Lawson. You'll have many telling you that he's not a 1st round pick, but I won't be one of them. I'm actually expecting him to run a 4.5 or 4.6 40 at the combine. He's 6'6 250 lbs. to go with it. I said he'd be a top DE/OLB prospect before the season began. I'll have to go find the post to back that up I guess. Denver just isn't a good fit for him. He and Woodley are going to be the top 2 tweeners in this draft. I'm starting to like Moss more than Moses.

25. I've voiced my displeasure with McCauley before. He just doesn't have good ball skills. However, with his size and speed someone is going to take a shot at him earlier than I think he will go. If I were a NFL scout I would look at him as possibly playing FS. He's not a bad tackler.

27. Michael Griffin is so bad in coverage. Eric Weddle is a much better pick, but not for Philly since SS is the weakness. However, Sean Considine has taken over for Michael Lewis and is playing very well for the Eagles. I think they might look away from selecting a SS after all.

28. I'm not sold on Staley as a 1st round pick. He's an incredible athlete, but is vastly undersized. I think he's got to end up in a zone blocking scheme. New England is more of a power blocking scheme.

Only 4 complaints from me has to be some kind of record for you though. It's a pretty good mock. I can tell you're doing your homework.

Troy Smith probably isn't going in round 1. Kiper has him projected in the 4th now. Maylock the 3rd. Personally I think mid to late 2nd but not 1st any longer.

No problem with Reggie Nelson in Green Bay but my honest belief is they draft Marshawn Lynch. They want to win with running the ball and Defense when Favre retires. Well they'll need a young RB to do that.

I really don't see Landry in the top 5 and then Nelson at 16. I don't think there is that big of a gap between the 2.

Overall I liked it a lot. One of the bests ones I've seen posted on here in a long time.

Really, very good. Everything that I would say has been said, so no point in saying it again.

Only that Jeff Smardizija plays for Notre Dame, not OSU.

I say awful early for LaRon Landry. He's a very good football player but I don't think the Cards are going to be target a safety in the first round, having Adrian Wilson and Robert Griffith. I think they'd take Gaines Adams if he slipeed to them.

I really don't see McCauley being a first round pick anymore. I think he'll probably slip into the second or maybe even the third round. He is this year's Richard Marshall.

I happen to love the Eagles pick - I think Griffin is the #1 guy they're targeting.

Overall a pretty good mock.

Marco Rivera has has another back surgery and might be finished as a Dallas Cowboy so RG is a position of high importance. Can Levy Brown play guard? Wouldn't it be better for Dallas to take Blaylock the OG from Texas? Or is Levy Brown so dominant at his position that you have to choose him?

I dont understand Jamaal Anderson to the Falcons at all. The Falcons how some of the best DE in the league.

Ecspecially with Reggie Nelson on the board.
