I dont like predicting trades this early, and what you laid out was kind of unlikely, but IF what you said actually did happen, then I like the Calvin Johnson pick.

I think Detroit would take Quinn over Russel because he fits them better, but I cant argue with Russel there either

I dont think Cleveland looks QB. They want to give Frye and Anderson more of a chance, and they have more important needs

Vikings almost have to take Jarrett there. They need some playmakers on O.

I dont like Jarrett to the Bills.

Dont like the Jets pick at all.

Marcus Thomas does not play linebacker...I don't know where you got that. He never did that at Florida.

He believes that Marcus Thomas can play LB, which simply isn't true.

There are two issues with Thomas being picked as a DT for the Jets anyway.

1) He's not big enough to be a NT in the 3-4. He is athletic enough to be a DE in the 3-4, but the Jets don't have a need at that position.

2) He has tons of off the field problems and was kicked off the Florida team this season because of them. He can't keep his nose clean. He had been suspended for these problems last season too.

The Carolina pick is very interesting - I don't agree with it, but it's a gutsy call.

I think the Steelers need more help in the secondary than they do w/ their LBs.

I don't like the Eagles pick - they haven't drafted a LB in the first round since 1976. What makes you think they'll take one now. Plus, they need someone on the inside much more than the outside.

Yea the Jets just dont have a need for DT right now. If they were in a 4-3 then that would be a different story but there not. They do need a DE though because Kimo has been a bust and Thomas has been playing OLB in the 3-4 but i dont see them taking Marcus Thomas as a DE anyway.

Kimo hasn't played up to his standard like he did in Pittsburgh, but I wouldn't call him a bust. Sean Ellis is fine at the other DE too. I think Kimo can improve and be just fine for the Jets. I don't consider DE a major need at all for them. At least, not a 1st round need.

Again, taking things too personally....nobody is blaming you. I'm just saying I don't know where you got that from. He's not that type of athlete. He'll run a 4.9 maybe in a 40 which is very athletic for his size. He's also a great interior pass rusher, but he's not a LB.
