Default Vince Young's pro day

Vince ran his 40 in a 4.57. He is going into a conference room after all of the other players are done working out to have a chalkboard session in which NFL coaches will get the opportunity to ask Vince questions about his on the field decision making. Young started off his throwing part of his pro day by completing 7 of 7 passes. The Titans have scheduled a private workout with Vince for Thursday.

Matt Leinart played in Tennessee's offense in college.. unless the Jets trade up for him I think Leinart to Tennessee is the pick

I'm really trying to figure out why he's gotten the reputation that he runs the ball all the time. He ran less than 10 times in a game 6 times last season. The fact is that when he ran the ball a lot was in big games when Texas needed big plays to win. That doesn't mean he didn't create big plays with his arm either. The way I remember it is that he threw a game winning fade pass to Limas Sweed to beat Ohio State. His passing numbers improved astronomically in 2005. It is obviously something he has worked on. USC talked about how surprised they were to see how much more he passed the ball than they thought. My point is that he makes good decisions on when to run and when to throw. He showed that all season. Minus the Texas A&M game when he should have ran more.

He went 49 of 54 in passing drills.

Scouts are giving this guy a higher grade than Mike Vick got coming out of school. He has the size, speed, arm, and poise to be a very good QB.

Right now I think this is a big possiblity of happening..

Jets trading up for Leinart and drafting him.
Titans taking Vince Young
Saints going Mario Williams then.
Raider can take Cutler at #7 yet and groom him behind Aaron Brooks which would be a good spot for him...

The again the stuff up there makes to much sense and probably won't happen.

I agree. Leinart probably knows the offense as well as McNair does. I still see Young slipping down closer to pick #10 than #3.
