First overall pick
Say Bradford doesn't come out and Sanchez does...
Does detroit go Andre Smith number 1 and try and land sanchez at 19?

If Bradford doesn't come out Shanchex wont fall past the Jets. I actually think Shanchez is the better prospect their Stafford.
...or they could take Nate Davis at #19 .................

Detroit takes either Matthew Stafford or Andre Smith then.
I think Mark Sanchez is a 49er if he comes out.

Don't rule out a defensive player now. Aaron Curry I think can make his case now

I like Andre Smith at #1 now. Or I think Detroit might trade down

Get the LT first. I liked Smith No. 1 even if Bradford had come out.

I think that with Bradford staying, Mays staying two things happen. Two of possibly eight elite prospects (Smith, Stafford, Oher, Curry, Orakpo, Crabtree the others IMO) that the top 6 picks just got more valuable. However, I think that the Lions and Rams picks just got immeasurably more valuable, as the NFL is a copycat league, and with the Ravens and Falcons having quick success with young QB's, and the Chiefs need for a QB, their is only one elite QB left.
I think that the top pick will be Stafford, to what team is the only question I have.

I don't know about that...
there are people who have Sanchez higher, and I personally don't think either is "elite".
Stafford has the better arm, but Sanchez reads coverage better and is probably as accurate. He's a lot less erratic and the pac-10 was an underrated conference this season. In fact i think it was the best conference outside the SEC and Big Twelve.

McShay and Kiper say that Sanchez may be better than Stafford and could go #1
This is why I believe they are both clowns

I think teams will fall in love with Stafford's big arm during workouts, and he'll go in the top 3. For right now, however, I still believe Andre Smith is the right pick if the Lions stay at 1. They can either hope Sanchez falls to them with their 2nd pick, or they can trade up for him, or they can trade out of 1 and take Stafford in the top 10
