My Mock Draft, not the best but I believe it's up there.
1.
San Francisco 49ers - Aaron Rodgers, QB California | 49ers need a quaterback so Rodgers is the most solid one in the draft. Look for him to be a David Carr type quaterback.
2. Miami Dolphins - Ronnie Brown, RB Auburn | He\'s taller, bigger, and faster than Cedric Benson.
3. Cleveland Browns - Shawne Merriman, LB Maryland | They will probably trade down for another second or third rounder. and pick up Merriman because everyone knows they are going to a 3-4 and Derrick Johnson won\'t be able to make the change. Merriman is a player who can play up or down. I\'d compare him to a Terrel Suggs.
4. Chicago Bears - Pac-Man Jones, CB West Virginia | Two weeks ago I\'d say WR Edwards but they just got Mushin Muhammed. They don\'t have depth at the CB position and Jones is the best in the draft so I can see them picking him up.
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Cedric Benson, RB Texas | Brown will already be gone so Benson is the next best.
6. Tennessee Titans - Antrel Rolle, CB Miami (FL) | Just lost Samari Rolle so this would be a wise decision. I could also see them going after Edwards.
7. Minnesota Vikings - Braylon Edwards, WR Michigan | They lost Moss and I would rather pick a guy up in the draft who has played the last year, so I can see them getting Edwards.
8. Arizona Cardinals - Derrick Johnson, LB Texas | Probably trade up to the #3 pick with the Browns and get Derrick Johnson because their Defense isn\'t very good. I could also see them getting a running back or a quarterback.
9. Washington Redskins - Heath Miller, TE Virginia | He has great hands. And he will help Ramsey out. Although they just got Santana Moss, he\'s over-rated. I can see him being a Todd Heap.
10. Detroit Lions - Alex Barron, OT Florida State | They need someone to protect Harrington, who has potential but won\'t if he\'s on his ass every game.
11. Dallas Cowboys - Alex Smith, QB Utah | Drew Henson isn\'t what Parcells thought he would be and Bledsoe isn\'t going to do much anymore so I could also see them trading up to try to get Alex Smith.
12. San Diego Chargers (From NYG) - Dan Cody, DE Oklahoma | Fast white boy, who will make this soft but good Defense even better.
13. Houston Texans - Carnell Williams, RB Auburn | Dominick Davis is a great back, but he can\'t carry the ball more than 15-20 times in a game. He needs someone to help him out and Williams is his guy.
14. Carolina Panthers - Mike Williams, WR USC | Fell down farther than he should but he hasn\'t played football in a year. They just lost Mushin Muhammed so I can see them trying to find another playmaker on offense.
15. Kansas City Chiefs - Marcus Spears, DE LSU | A very weak Defense. But everything else; offense and special teams are phenominal.
16. New Orleans Saints - Troy Williamson, WR South Carolina | Very fast kid, and someone needs to replace Joe Horn soon. So I think Williamson could be the guy.
17. Cincinnati Bengals - Carlos Rogers, CB Auburn | Their offense last year started to click near the end. And they don\'t have the greatest Defense, so I can see them picking someone who can play the receiver well.
18. Minnesota Vikings - Brodney Pool, S Oklahoma | Their offense is good but need to runt he ball more and getting Edwards will help take the pressure off Culpepper. Pool and some new free agents will re-vitalize this defense and look to make a run for the title.
19. St. Louis Rams - Jammal Brown, OT Oklahoma | I can see them also going with someone on defense, but they need to get another solid offensive linemen because Orlando Pace isn\'t going to be there forever.
20. Dallas Cowboys (from Buf) - Matt Roth, DE Iowa | His workouts were good and I believe that he could slip into the first round if his individual workouts are even better.
21.
Jacksonville Jaguars - Channing Crowder, LB Florida | They have amazing Defensive linemen but they need some linebackers behind to make the tackles they miss.
22. Baltimore Ravens - Mark Clayton, WR Oklahoma | They just got Derrick Mason, but he may be another receiver bust for the ravens. So, as a backup Clayton is their man.
23. Seattle Seahawks - Marlin Jackson, CB Michigan | They got all the players back that they wanted all they need to make their Defense click a little more and I could also see them maybe going after a receiver because theirs can\'t hold onto the ball.
24. Green Bay Packers - Corey Webster, CB LSU | I believe they lost around 2-3 offensive linemen but they can get some free agents. But, last year they got rid of McKenzie and Harris is a decent corner but they need more help.
25. Denver Broncos - David Pollack, DE Georgia | Just got Gerrard Warren who may help their D-Line if he has a good year and a guy like Pollack would really help their D-Line.
26. New York Jets - Justin Miller, CB Clemson | They need a shut-down cornerback to make another run, they have all the other pieces in place though.
27. Atlanta Falcons - Elton Brown, OG Virginia | Michael Vick needs more protection. I would say a WR because Pearless Price has been a bust but in last years draft they got Michael Jenkins(Ohio State) in the draft and could produce a good year if Vick has more time to throw the ball.
28. San Diego Chargers - Ernest Shazor, S Michigan | Their defense just a little too soft but they are fast and they will get a fast hard hitting safety out of Shazor.
29. Indianapolis Colts - Channing Crowder, LB Florida | They need something on defense. Either a linebacker or a cornerback. Crowder looks like he has potential to be a good linebacker in the NFL.
30. Pittsburgh Steelers - Chris Henry, WR West Virginia | Junior who is kinda a hot-head but they lost their tall receiver in Plexico Burress so, Henry could be a nice target for Big Ben to throw to.
31. Philadelphia Eagles - Michael Munoz, OT Tennessee | This team has it all but whynot just get another offensive linemen to give McNabb more time. I could also see them going after a running back.
32. New England Patriots - Roddy White, WR UAB | Not many people know about him, but they just lost Givens and Brown so he wouldn\'t be a bad gamble.

There is NO way Parcells drafts Alex Smith. He is here for two more years and done. He wants to win now, and Jerry Jones thinks that Drew Henson has as much potential as these rookie QBs. Also, no way does Mike Williams fall that far. The top two receivers in Edwards and Williams will be gone no later than Washington's pick at #9.

Ok,nice I guess, but as said above, theres no way that Parcells drafts a guy for 2 years from now,Crowder cannot be drafted twice,Shazar is NOT a 1st round talent,Greenbay just lost ALL 3 OF THEIR INTERIOR LINEMEN,CB is the only position on defense that they feel good about BTW.Bill Cower has been screwed twice for drafting a WR in the 1st round.Third times a charm? No.I agree completely with KC and STL's picks.Merriman is the consensus #2 LB in this draft only by 3-4 teams and Derrick Johnson,CAN play the 3-4,lol as a matter of fact Id imagine that he could play 3 out of the 4 LB positions in it.I would be very surprised if Washington didnt draft a DE or at least a LB that can pass rush,I can only guess as to why you left the best DE in the draft off of your list (Erasmus)...I imagine that you could stick him into Washington's spot...I dunno it need editing man, guys doubled, guys missing.A reach or two is fine, heck it happens every year.

yeah i messed up on some stuff but erasmus james is not the #1 DE in the draft and I think Mike Williams won't go before the 10th or 11th, he only ran a 4.7, he has good hands but he still hasn't played for a year, you have to take that into consideration. And Greenbay doesn't feel good about their DB position, they had to play a crappy rookie last year and i remember teams would just attack him like no other.

Uh.Erasmus IS considered to be the #1 DE in the draft and most people will tell you that he is the #1 defensive lineman period.I mean 98% when I say most.Mike Williams combine time has been corrected to a 4.57.He will knock off a little on his pro day and dude, hes a massive WR with hands the size of tuna nets.Someone will leap on him before #10.Sherman drafted that "crappy rookie" with their #1 pick last year, unless your talking about the other "crappy rookie"that they drafted with their #2 pick...You expect them to draft ANOTHER rookie CB?Not.Sherman has even said that the defense needs help everywhere but CB.

i think that matt roth is the #1 DE. and i doubt the lions will take an O lineman 1st round. there will still be good lineman left in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. i would like my boy baas to go to NE. but they might pick up a CB 1st round.
