Hawkins is definitely overshadowed. He's a viable receiving threat. This is actually similar to the Ted Ginn/Anthony Gonzalez situation. He's got better size and hands than Jackson and doesn't lack much less speed. Still, it's all about hype. He's definitely late first round worthy right now. Jackson has become an enigma though.
