I'd be surprised if Houston would take another defensive lineman in round 1, which they have a history of doing. 04-08 drafts all had them taking d-lineman, although one isn't with the team anymore. They've invested so much money with all those first round contracts I'd be hard pressed to see them pour more money into that position.
I think Houston goes linebacker with Brian Cushing if he is there, but if not, maybe try to trade down would be there best option.
